Friendly staff, received my parcel on my behalf. Great hotel, great location spacious room for family with kids. Free washer dryer at level 5. Two things could be improved: (1) wc and shower are separated but there are both clogged. (2) add coffee not only tea.

The stay was awesome. Nice amenities compared to other hotels I've been in China. I've stayed about 3 hotels previously but this was the best. The room was cleaned properly. The receptionist that welcomed us during check in was so nice. She gave us 1 more free breakfast because we already got 1 included breakfast during booking. Distant walking to the train station only 200+ meters. Anyway, we love the hotel

房间很大，附近酒店房间设计都不太适合三个成人住，带爸妈想住宽敞点，特地选的这家。服务人员态度很好，酒店就在自拍大熊猫旁边很近，吃饭方便，交通便利，地理位置很好。

房间宽敞，乾净衞生，位置在市中心，去哪里都很方便，周边吃饭购物配套成熟，工作服务态度特别好，好赠送了早餐，以后到都江堰还会选择这家酒店，性价比很高，早餐也比较丰富。

The room was good and spacious. We had 3 kids with us and they loved it and it's perfect for our our 1Y old. The location was good you can walk to the sightseeing's and bus and train station in a short walk. The breakfast was hilarious, there were varieties of food to select. I personally love the fresh prunes they were so yummy sweet and sour. All staff especially the front desk staff were super kind and helpful, even she speaks a little English but she was ready to understand our needs. They was even a kids playground on a higher floor. The only negative experience I had was the woman who did the noodle soup, she was not in a good mood and let me wait for almost 20 minutes while holding the baby in my arm. I saw she gave the noodles to many people who came behind me.
