服务满分，还有迎宾小猫免费撸，大堂还免费提供热水和红茶水，前台小姐姐特别好，给我免费升了房型，房间很大，厕所乾湿分离，整个屋子特别暖和，晚上都得开窗凉快下，交通也很便利，前面800米就是博物馆，旁边有有公交站

前台服务非常好，但是入住当晚説是空气能出问题了没有热水，这点让人体验不好，还有就是早餐确实一般??

敦煌旅游，中秋入住，酒店贴心的送了月饼和杏皮茶，大堂热情，还给给免费升级了房间，房间乾净整洁，停车方便，下次还住这。

酒店给升级了，房间非常之大，还有浴缸；可惜本人不习惯。房间和衞生间没有异味，床上用品乾净，停车方便。不远有个老字号益合居驴肉黄麪。

Everything is perfect. Staff was helpful and super friendly, room was big and clean with all kinds of amenities and gifts, aircon has both cooling and heating modes, location is the great cause you can get anywhere from there, besides, walking distance to night market, Dunhuang Museum and Mingsha Mountain and Crescent moon lake. Besides hotel provides a free pick up Service from airport.
Breakfast... It was kind if a joke. All dishes, absolutely all dishes and all food (except bread, biiled eggs and fruits) were cooked with chili paper in unbelievably huge amount! Who does it chili papers 辣椒 such a spicy dishes on a breakfast? Ecen most of local Chinese travellers also cannot accept such a spicy food on a breakfast. My wife is Chinese, she cannot eat that, too. Besides, hotel promotes itself as international one. So, it would be reasonable to cook no chili paper containing food. I don't advise to buy a breakfast in this hotel.
Regarding all other aspects of our stay, Everything was pretty good.

到敦煌出游，因为提前在携程预订的莫高窟和月牙泉门票，携程分配到这家旅行社，电话沟通知道他们还在这家自家旗下嘉年华酒店办公，于是为了方便，入住该酒店。
整体服务还是不错的，有安排车站接站，赠送月牙泉防沙鞋套，
还给升级了家庭房
但房间比较小，电视不好用，尤其对面酒店硕大的霓虹招牌一直亮到天亮影响睡眠
另外，早餐真的很差，我们去的时候，还有将近一个小时结束，但已经没有什么可吃的了，即使原来也没有什么好吃的。希望酒店今后能改进

房间小，设施老，衞生差，有味道，早餐烂的不行，连门口的小早餐店都比其他地方更烂更贵，避雷！ps:对面牛肉麪不错
