The hotel is located less than10 mins to the food market which is the central tourist attraction area for eating out. The staff are very kind and helpful however our room was not thoroughly cleaned. We found a piece of broken glass on the floor and lipstick from previous guests. We complained to the duty manager and she reacted very quickly and efficiently. Offered to change a room and upgraded us to a better room. Also she left two bags of tourist souvenirs as compensation. And a hand written letter to express her sincere apologies. So. We might give this hotel a try if we visit here again but step on broken glass pieces with barefoot has indeed ruined our experience

Booked 2 twin rooms for 4 nights and we had the best stay for the last 3 weeks in China. Wonderful spacious, clean and well designed room with comfortable beds. The reception staff are the best for our trip, considerate, helpful, patient, professional in delivering wonderful customer services. Location is central and close to shops, restaurants and night markets. Highly recommended!

忘记拍酒店照片了 真的非常非常好
装修很新但是没有味道 风格也很敦煌 最主要是洗漱区域和卧室是分开的两个空间 真的很方便
工作人员服务意识很强 有安排接机 淡季还免费升级了房型
唯一不足的是冬天真的好热好热 太乾燥了有点受不了 希望以后能增加加湿器

酒店位置距离敦煌夜市很近，走路5分钟；停车也方便。服务员很热情；。房间很大，特别是衞生间特别大很方便。棉织品，也很好。值得推荐
美中不足：衞生间很大。可以安装一个晾衣绳。有利于客人晾衣服（内衣）。

酒店位置很好，离夜市很近，离本地人吃饭的另外一个市场也非常近，敦煌博物馆也就一公里的距离，党河也不远，十分钟以内就可以走过去散步。房间隔成两部分，不算大，但是有家的感觉。酒店服务人员也都很贴心，也有家人的感觉。住得很舒住了两晚又续住了一晚。

The friendly staff attended to my luggage as soon as I walked into the open doors. They upgraded me to a window room and it was big and clean. Anything I asked, they were very helpful and friendly using the translator so good if your Chinese isn't good! Breakfast has a great selection and a Balcony for the smokers. Very clean and the most important is that it's very close to the night markets - just down the road - and Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Spring! Location is amazing. Also close to the Dunhuang Museum.

Excellent hotel for your stay in Dunhuang
The location of it is just amazing, it's walking distance to night market and also 15-20min ride to Airport, Mogao caves and Mingsha mountain
The stuff is very helpful and nice
They also have Chinese style buffet for breakfast, it was really good ??
We also had a chance for a late check out which was great
And if you need they offer a free airport pick up, just have to inform the hotel 1 day in advance
Overall great experience ??????

首次来到敦煌，选择了敦煌饭店。1、进到酒店，热情的礼宾马上上前帮我们拎行李，给礼宾小哥哥点赞；2、前台小姐姐给我们端来了菊花茶，说：天气炎热，喝点菊花茶可以解暑，给她的服务点赞；3、办理完登记入住之后，礼宾小哥哥更是帮我们将行李送到了房间（需要说明的是，我们带的行李比较多），再次给他一个暖心赞；4、以为这些就已经够惊喜了，打开房门，房间的设施及装修都是我喜欢的风格，再次给酒店一个大大的赞；5、重点来了，我们第一天去的是鸣沙山，咨询完前厅小姐姐，我们坐3路公交前往目的地，开启旅程第一站，玩的特别尽兴，回到酒店已经很疲惫了，冲了个澡就想先睡了，衣服也没力气洗了，听客房大姐说，酒店顶楼有自助洗衣房，看我们也累了，就说：如果你们愿意，我可以帮你们拿去清洗，顿时感觉好像回到家被妈妈疼爱的感觉，第二天早晨，客房大姐将洗好的衣服叠整齐亲自送到我们手中，真心为客房大姐点赞。以前出差也会经常住酒店，从来没有遇到过这样细致入微的服务，如果你也来敦煌旅行，我毫不犹豫的推荐你入住敦煌饭店，真心推荐哦！！！

酒店在敦煌市中心，周边各种网红打卡店应有尽有，还有大型的购物超市，酒店一楼有个晨光旅游，报他们的团去旅游很方便，而且价格也不贵，司机师傅的态度也炒鸡好，酒店的房间卫生干净，而且空间也大，每次见到都会打招呼，还帮忙开门，提行李，总之很亲切！

无意中选择的这个酒店！对这个酒店很满意！记忆深刻的是服务很好！进门就送热茶水！还送了小礼物！免费升级了房间！房间环境很好，干净卫生。还有防疫用品！后院有个很大的停车场！停车方便！不错😊
