Dana is very helpful and will go an extra mile to help, makes my visit more easier.
The hair dryer should be changed to those don’t need to keep pressing the button, the current one is not user friendly.

I don’t usually bother leaving reviews, but our stay was such a pleasant one that I felt compelled to share. My husband and I truly enjoyed all five nights here. The experience absolutely lives up to the Sheraton name and the staff consistently went out of their way to help with anything we needed, especially 小刘 from the concierge team, who was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a humidifier in the room, such a considerate touch for a desert town with very dry air. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great spread including pancakes and waffles, which we really appreciated as international travelers.
The location is also very convenient, just a 10-minute drive to the Mogao Grottoes. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great food without the need of leaving the hotel for dinner. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place where comfort and service truly matter.
