  房间整洁乾净舒适明亮，价格合适，酒店大堂充满艺术感，服务和蔼可亲，前台有讲中文先生办理入住，特别是房间内的可以多次使用的水瓶，环保实用。

  比赛结束我们要退房回到市中心，这样比较方便出行，果断再次选择这家酒店，主要是可以行李寄存，地段又好，酒店出门往左就可以下坡走到天鹅湖边，看晚霞朝霞都是不错的，门口出门随便哪辆公交都可以免费市中心游，离几个特色景点走路都可以到。唯一不足之处就是房间门需要改善，做个类似缓冲的关门动力，这样就避免了开关门很大声。老实讲，半夜12点左右被惊醒是非常难受的，早上六点多又是如此，有点讨厌。这个和住客素质也是有关系的，也不能説全怪酒店。

  I was incredibly happy with my stay. The front desk staff were professional and friendly making me feel welcome. The room was obviously recently refurbished which was immaculate. Had a pleasant stay. And the wifi was super fast which was what I needed!! Amazing stay

  Great! Excellent room which is convenient with nice view, attentive service and nice location (20min walk to Perth station, 10min to IGA supermarket, and 5 min to nearby beach walk). Thanks to Maarja-Illis in Reception as well whom ensured we like our room. The rooms with river view is nicer, just note the Twin rooms is limited with such nice view.

  I came a bit earlier for checkin and was immediately able to check in hassle free with Maartje she was friendly and professional. I have tried breakfast at Monty’s which was ok and had a lot more options to choose from so the price isn’t so bad. I also had dinner with family at Mas Vino bit disappointed as the meals we orders were a bit bland and small in portions. I didn’t think the 200 gram steak would be small. The fish was bland and but the chicken tasted better. I wasn’t able to try the other facilities of the hotel but looking at the pool was inviting. The lobby was spacious and housekeeping did a wonderful job making up the room.

  The room was very unclean. Even though the trash bin had no garbage, there was liquid and obvious dirt inside. Worse still, we found a small cockroach on the bed. We felt scared and uncomfortable the entire night, constantly worried that more cockroaches might come out.

  地理位置很好，前台服务很好，房间很大，但卫生未算完善，第一天执房补充物品遗漏，第二天没有执房，房内间有好几个地方都很大尘，特别是电视遥控器，完全不理解为什么这么污糟

  设施：去年新装修的 感觉挺新 而且比较齐全 衞生：乾净衞生 没有异味 床单很乾净 环境：很方便 附近公园也很漂亮 可步行到中餐店 服务：很好 很快check in&out
