The location is absolutely amazing, but that's about it. An outdated hotel with very unfriendly front staff, at least on the day of arrival. We asked for two cups for coffee and two glasses for wine and we received just a rude answer: "No!". No other explanation, nothing. Some Chinese guests witnessed this and they came to our aid. We managed to get two simple glasses. The room was very dirty, with hair on the bed, in the bathroom and on the room floor. The water was barely flowing at the bathtub. It is way overpriced, just because it's on top of the mountain, but service and cleanliness needs a lot of improvement.

为了看日出，果断选择住山上。酒店有些年头了，设施比较陈旧，但是可以看出当年也是很上档次的酒店了，隔床就能看到山顶的云海。酒店用餐不太方便，在酒店外面，好在也不远，5分钟就到。早餐品种还挺多的，晚上点菜的口味也还不错。距离日出观看点10分钟路程。能接受。

9月去峨眉山旅游，冲着三星级选了金顶大酒店。到店後特别失望。
房间设施很多是坏的。首先，房间门安全锁链是坏的，并且房间反锁的地方也坏了，根本不安全，其他人只要刷卡就能进。其次，衞生间的门锁也是坏的，门根本关不上。房间纱窗也是坏的。衞生间放浴巾的架子是歪的，浴帘上有霉斑。
衞生间有臭味，浴缸不乾净。
订的景观房，本来想看风景的，结果窗户玻璃很脏，压根看不清??

you are paying for the location..... dont expect too much. its an old hotel in desperate need of a refurbishment.

Great considering you're on top of a mountain at 3060m! Very cosy and warm room and what we needed after a long day hiking. Conveniently located.

Great location and nice to be somewhere warm after a day in the snow. Bit pricey but still one of the cheapest options if you want to see the sunrise.
