第二次入住这家酒店，酒店的服务很好 很有耐心，自己不太会弄的去了前台的工作人员都会尽量满足我的需求帮了我的帮 感觉很贴心 住的酒店的房间也是非常的大宽广敞亮，房间的网络流畅稳定速度快，办公非常的顺利 酒店还有自助的洗衣服务 避免高峯期过去就不用排队洗衣了，早餐也非常的新鲜可口，周边停车方面 景点也很近 不管是出行旅游还是出差都是一个非常不错的落脚地方推荐给大家！

恩施酒店天花板，性价比高，两百来块钱能住到这么舒服的酒店太值了，房间面积大没有杂七杂八的东西简洁乾净，床垫睡着很舒服，早餐品种多又好吃，房间里的用品和水还是免费续加。而且碰到的每个员工都会问好，这服务值，强烈推荐

半夜到店，前台小妹依然的热情，瞬间暖到，打开房门一股淡淡的清香味很清新！衞生间乾湿分离，毛巾洁白，酒店的外观也是非常的大气，床垫很软睡觉非常的踏实房间安静隔音好一觉睡到天亮，早餐品种多麪条豆皮都是现煮的，味道好吃，很赞！体验感拉满，适合朋友一起出游！

不错，酒店位于市中心新城区，交通便利，周边有商场和公交站，方便客人购物和出行，距离土司城最近，商场有星光里，1点多公里有个大型和润城。
早餐种类算多，环境比较优雅，品质符合大众，中餐西点都有，价位合适。
服务人员服务很好，有笑容，有礼貌，有热情，需要什么直接小度小度联系前台，24小时有人值班。

I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Amazing service from the staff who took care of me during my stay at the hotel. Clean room. The hotel is located relatively close to supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommend the hotel.

The location of the hotel is about 10 km from the Railway Station and the city. Need to take a taxi to these places. The hotel is quite well maintained. Facilities of the hotel is good. Breakfast is averagely good. The room is clean and spacious. However lighting is poor in the room and toilet. The bed is comfortable for a good nights sleep. The staff of the hotel is courteous. Eateries around the hotel is not many.

I chose this hotel because it is modern and new. My room was large and warm. There are many small restaurants and street food vendors around the hotel, yet my room didn't hear any noise from them. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, from housekeeping to reception.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and easily communicate in English. The night market directly outside has good food options every night.
