服务态度非常好，我们定的家庭房跟孩子説房间里有帐篷的，结果去了只有滑梯，小孩不高兴了，後来服务员又拿来了帐篷，还给小朋友送了小礼物，真的太贴心了，以後去恩施还住这个酒店。

The service so bad and the room so dirty . I spent over 1000 for one night and what I got is bad service . Floor not clean , towel so dirty . It’s was exclusive suit room and this is what I got from this hotel . I don’t suggest anyone to book there .
