  酒店设施很新，衞生乾净，前台服务态度好。酒店离女儿城近，走路十多分钟就到了，很方便。

  全季是一直以来我旅行钟爱的酒店，这一次还是带着长者出行，尤其需要稳妥，特意给长者安排了酒店的早餐，肠胃十分敏感的长者的反馈也很好，酒店停车也很方便，步行到女儿城十分钟，对家里的长者来説是一次不错的体验！

  酒店不在市中心，但距离女儿城很近，第一次入住房间衞生间有气味前台很快调换了房间。结果新房间马桶摇摇晃晃的声音巨大，硬件方面有待提高，服务人员热情。

  Male staff member on night shift at 11:50pm on 25/09 needs to be better trained to deal with check in processes and procedures. Customer service from him was extremely lacking. He failed to read the notes for the booking. We were staying with a family friend and he arranged us to stay on two different levels, he kept insisting he is giving us an upgrade cause we are gold members but we did not want a upgrade we wanted to be in the same level. There were rooms available on the same level. Additionally, it was noted that we did not want a corner room - he organised a corner room for us. He is extremely stubborn and would benefit from further training. Furthermore, I believed he failed to register my stay with the local PSB as he did not take a photo or scan my passport for checkin as it is standard procedure, he just used my partners mainland ID card. As a result I was not able to connect to the hotels wifi using my passport name - an error message kept appearing. However, other staff members seem to be great and attentive. Hotel is located not far from local attractions.

  夏季了房间放了冬被，空调开开停停，房间又不隔音，热得一点都没睡好，400多元一间还不含早餐；我们説不吃早餐小哥“热情”的説买二送一，划了50元，早餐?勉强还算可以。
