环境方面：民宿位置绝佳，临靠沱江，在房间内就能欣赏到美丽的江景，江水滔滔、古城风貌尽收眼底，彷佛置身于一幅美丽的画卷之中。清晨能听着鸟鸣、闻着花香醒来，别有一番惬意。
服务方面：老板和工作人员都非常热情友好、服务周到。入住前会主动联系住客，提供详细的交通指引和到达方式。到达民宿后，会帮忙拿行李、介绍房间设施的使用方法以及周边的游玩攻略、特色美食等。
价格方面：民宿价格亲民，性价比很高

工作人员服务态度很好，问古城旅游讲解的很细致，一起住的有2位长者，工作人员主动给换到低楼层，观景阳台太棒了，可以看到好多旅拍的小姐姐们。旁边的酒吧开始音乐声很大，晚上11:30就停了。第二天退房时感受棒棒的。

位置很方便，虹桥过去两三分钟。四楼房间江景阳台房，夜景很漂亮，而且晚上沱江夜游下岸点的永寿宫离住处很近。有洗衣机，不担心积压臭衣服，民宿楼下一条街有吃有旅拍，十分方便，几个点都是拍照好去处。管家小艳做事爽利，介绍不错的行程。

一线江景，优点和缺点都非常明显，沱江的早晚很美，但晚上各种噪音直到深夜。如果晚上喜欢安静的环境，显然这不合适。如果喜欢在外面逛到很晚才回，噪音也无防，这一线江景房很好体验到沱江和凤凰古城的美。

临景区，位置很好，夏天晚上很热闹。夸奖一下管家，管家很热心，介绍的吃的玩的都很好，很有性价比。不好的我们也说一下，玻璃是单层玻璃隔音不好，容易被街道上的喧嚣打扰入睡。马桶坐垫夏天了还在加热。淋浴房的大喷头用不了。

这家酒店位置优越，靠近市中心和景点，交通便利。客房干净舒适，服务态度友好周到。尤其是前台工作人员非常专业和热情，给人宾至如归的感觉。早餐选择丰富，品质不错。唯一的建议是增加一些健身设施会更完善。总体来说，这是一次愉快的入住体验，会推荐给朋友们。

Great service! I arrive pass midnight and I was lost in the city and they went to find me to bring me at the hotel! Also 小艳
Was the receptionist during the day and she was incredible nice to me, very helpful and give me a lot of recommendations! Also you can leave the luggage at the hotel and ask for a late check out! Fully recommended ! And the view from my room was amazing. I will come back for sure!

The owner was so kind to pick us up at the main entrance and escorted us and brought our luggage to the hotel. Hotel was small but cozy, and we were amazed by the spectacular view of the river and mountain background from the balcony. This place is so unique, like painting in chinese literature. At night, you can hear modern music and I like the euphoria of people singing and talking to each other up till midnight. It is such a wonderful experience staying the night in here.

Good times were had at the Qinglian hotel! The lady at the front desk was very sweet, the rooms were clean and location great.
Only problem was the toilet seat is electronic and very annoying to flush or use the bidet. Also it flushes every time you walk walk into the hotel room which is a huge waste of water.
