Pros:
- area is relatively quiet as it is about 7mins walk from the main busy area.
- room is big.
- staffs area friendly as their will advise how and where to walk.
- spacious balcony
- eatery just beside so can have simple breakfast
Cons:
- biggest turn off: disposable towels.
- second biggest turned off: the toilet and shower share one piece of sliding door. Means if someone is pooping and slide the door closed, the shower side have no door. I cannot understand this concept .
- saw a small cockroach in the room

房间非常乾净，临江风桥附近，能享受到景区的热闹，还能保持睡眠的安静，非常友好！若不是天气有点凉，在室内的露台上喝点小酒，看看夜景，着实不错的选择呢～～
前台的美女特别好，热心又全面，能解答所有疑惑和要求，棒棒哒！强烈推荐来玩的朋友选择她家哦！美丽的凤凰，有缘再见！

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fenghuang Yunlu Scenic Hotel and cannot recommend it enough!
The aspect that truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly and their service was prompt and attentive throughout our visit. They made us feel welcome and well taken care of from the moment we arrived.
The location is ideal for a relaxing getaway. It’s situated just far enough away from the noisy, bustling areas to provide tranquility, yet it remains conveniently within walking distance of all the main attractions.
A major bonus was the availability of a lift service, which made navigating the hotel effortless and added to the overall comfort of our stay.
If you are looking for a hotel with fantastic service, a great location for relaxation, and helpful amenities, this is the place for you!

This is a great hotel! Very clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are soft. The bathroom is divided into dry and wet areas. The toilet is separate from the shower. All rooms had a terrace and a beautiful view of the river and the city. The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly! The girls were always in touch online. They helped us with everything throughout our stay! We had a large group of 8 people. They helped us book several cars from the train station to the hotel and then back. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the cafe nearby has excellent breakfasts; we really liked everything. I recommend this hotel! It was a wonderful stay! I want to come back again!

酒店位置优越，过马路就可以带古城。酒店有较多的地下停车位，寸土寸金之地，很是难得。房间设施齐全舒适，民宿中上等水平，隔音效果也很不错。

We stayed for 1 night and 小 高 picked/dropped us from Qifang square. He and the handsome guy at reception was very friendly. The location is close to ancient city and the river is just opposite. It took 10-15 mins to walk to snow bridge and jumping rocks. The bed was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Fenghuang Yunlu Scenic Hotel during my visit to Fenghuang Ancient City and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel’s location is excellent — it’s **within walking distance to the Ancient City**, making it easy to explore the beautiful old streets and riverside views. Be prepared for a lot of walking though — it can get quite **tiring**, but the **scenery is absolutely worth it**!
The hotel also offers a **bus transfer from Qi Feng Station to the hotel**, which was very convenient. However, they **don’t provide a direct pick-up from the train station**, so travelers arriving by train will need to arrange their own transportation to Qi Feng Station first.
Overall, it’s a charming and comfortable place to stay with great access to the ancient city and stunning views — perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the beauty and atmosphere of Fenghuang.

The hotel was great. It is near the center of the town but not exactly there so you can walk easily but not so noisy. The rooms are very big and there is laundry service for free. The staff was also very supportive and they helped us to move in the area as well as gave us a lot of recommendations of what to do, what to try, etc. I recommend it for sure!
