房间确实很大，适合亲子家庭入住。但房内设施未达到携程五星的标准，卫生，硬件设备都较差，配有浴缸，但没塞子，后来送了两包一次性卫生塑料布套着泡。淋浴室空间太小，卫生间的灯也不够亮。最让人吐嘈的是免费早餐，太难吃了。离店时送了伴手礼，但入住的客人肯定是希望住得舒服，干净的。这房间和服务对不起接近600一晚的价格，顶多算是高档客栈。

带着八十岁的老妈入住酒店，酒店的阿姨热情地端来茶，大堂的小胡帮我们拿行李，宾至如归的感觉瞬间抚平路途的疲劳。前台小姐姐热情周到，还免费帮我们升级了房间，房间宽敞，设计有风格，床品非常舒服，下午还送来下午茶，晚上去古城，小胡开车直接送我们到南华桥，早餐和中午的小火锅也丰富。在这里住了两晚，感觉非常惬意，非常满意，下次来凤凰，一定还要来呦！
