  员工很有礼及热情，服务态度良好，食物质素也很不错！ 房间很美观及舒适，只是可能冬天太冷，房间内的半户外热水很快就冷却，但公众浴池也很舒适！ 天气很好，房间可直望很美的富士山，没选错旅馆！

  This is not my first choice honestly but since other hotels are full I booked, this is the only available option. The hotel is traditional Japanese style, clean, personalised service, English speaking staff, decent set breakfast and dinner, beautiful kimono for ladies and the temperature of onsen is just perfect during winter weather. Talking about amenities, the bristles of the toothbrush are too hard, causing the gums to bleed and feel painful. Location-wise, there’s a beautiful park nearby where you can walk and enjoy the Kawaguchi lake view. On the 5/F, there’s a Fuji mountain scenic spot for photo shooting and the view is just stunning.

  这家的早晚餐十分难吃，第一次在日本吃到难吃的食物，先说他的牛肉，硬得像橡皮筋，他的鱼是腥的，他其他做得很精美的食物，每一件都吃不出是什么，但就是不好吃的，

  体验非常好,无论餐饮住宿温泉都无得顶??不枉我选择这间酒店,很日式,很乾净,情侣家庭首选,隔间亦很好,去用餐时,被铺也帮你放好,让你入睡方便, 很贴心服务,酒店每日有几趟穿梭巴士通行????.

  当时我是步行到酒店，大约30-45分钟左右，同时可以欣赏附近环境。酒店check-in 时，需要选择早餐及晚餐的用餐时间，直接到餐厅就可以。房间空间非常大，有独立洗手间，还有户外温泉浸泡，但预热时间比较长，需要提早预热。房间可以清晰看到富士山，非常值得体验。
