Nice view, very recommend the tourists who are first time travel Fuji san to stay in this villa. But it will be more convenient if u drive the car as it is difficult call uber in a busy period

We had an incredible stay! The view of Mount Fuji is absolutely stunning—visible from the first floor, the rooftop, and even the bathroom. While we were in the second row, the view was only slightly blocked on the first floor, but it didn't take away from the experience. There’s a parking lot in front of the property, but due to the frozen ground, we parked next to the reception, which was perfectly fine. The staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any issues. Thank you for the wonderful memories—we will definitely return on our next trip!

非常惊艳，入住体验感很棒！管家式的服务真的很贴心。走进别墅第一层是房间、客厅、厨房、衞浴，第二层也有房间、客厅和衞浴，三楼就是个大露台，能够直接看到富士山（虽然我们此次因为天气原因没有看到富士山，但偶遇一场浪漫的大雪也是极好的）。酒店最让我喜欢的是为每位入住的客人准备的洗漱包，非常齐全，自己可以什么都不带。包装也很精美。洗发水和护发素非常好用。喜欢泡澡的小伙伴可以在办理入住的地方拿泡澡的浴盐，各种颜色各种功效的都有。房间还提供一个富士山形状的麪包，和许多的饮料（都是免费的）。第二天的早餐会送到房间来。
酒店提供免费的接送服务，河口湖站到酒店之间。
总之，十分推荐这家屋顶别墅，肯定不踩雷！

非常合适自驾游，天台风景很好，天晴可见富士山
Staff 安排入住时介绍非常详尽，reception有 bath salt 和pop corn 提供, 2楼的房间还有projector 可以看 netflix , 非常好的住宿体验

员工服务很好，别墅由于是新建，所有装修设施都好新净，床好舒服，2楼有超大的投影机可以播YouTube，晚上一边睇片一边听歌很不错呢！别墅早餐会准时送到门口，然后可以拿上去2楼一边欣赏富士山一边吃。冲凉时发现别墅附送了足部舒缓贴，超贴心呢。
最不能错过最美的一定是天台的富士山景，晚上建议直接order别墅的烧肉套餐，那就不用再出去外面找餐厅（因为别墅距离市区都有点远路程），可以多点时间留在别墅好好享受。总结，这间绝对是值得推荐的别墅

入住时人员接待用心、体贴、说明详细清楚。
因为退房日当天需要搭接驳车到车站，虽然接驳车未提供预约服务，但服务人员们仍细心地替我们备注接驳需求与提前提供早餐。
房间也乾净宽敞且舒适，暖气已经提前打开、并有赠送富士山造型的戚风蛋糕，很好吃！有鸡蛋的香味！并且早餐丰盛美味。
感谢The TOKI的所有人员，让我们的初次富士山行能有美好的回忆。

We had a great stay at The Toki FujiKawaguchiko as a family of three. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos, with three proper beds, which was perfect for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome gifts — a Fuji Mountain–shaped cake and drinks.
The room had a bathtub, projector for movies, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary tableware. The view of Mount Fuji was stunning, especially from the rooftop, where you can also pay to enjoy a BBQ.
We are vegetarian, and the hotel kindly prepared a vegetarian breakfast for us. Our only regret was not spending more time here. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends driving who want to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
