这家饭店很漂亮，大浴池，房间的山景，大厅的点心及饮料，葡萄汁我喝很多，因为山梨县产葡萄好好喝～含早晚餐，晚餐可以加价升级，火锅跟其他评论写的一样，火锅肉片不好吃…服务人员很棒！这里很漂亮，有洗衣还有纪念品店，还可以付费汤屋，像一个小规模的渡假村！

Nice view. Classic tatami style room. Near to train station and lake. Only One bad thing is no Aircon. But is cold enough by open up window.

酒店服务还是很好的，有专车到车站来接，退房的时候也送我们去车站了，入住以后，晚餐和早餐都做了细致的安排，温泉也很舒服，就是感觉退房时间太早，早上10点退房，早餐后就没有时间再去泡一下温泉了，有点遗憾，3楼房间可以看到富士山。

房间采用传统日式榻榻米设计，空间宽敞舒适，尤其天气晴朗时景色壮观。
温泉设施
酒店拥有顶楼展望浴场和一楼庭园露天风吕等多达7-8个池子，男女汤会互换，让住客尽享不同体验。 庭园露天风吕没有洗澡设施，感觉有点不卫生。
餐饮服务
晚餐提供精致怀石料理或火锅，每天菜单不同，使用当地食材丰盛美味，早餐自助式多样化包括日西式选择。 下午茶供应特色饮品和甜点，免费迎宾饮料和大堂茶点增添贴心感，服务员态度热情亲切。
整体推荐
自驾方便，有免费停车位，靠近河口湖步行可达，周边购物便利，性价比高值得二刷，尤其适合带小孩家庭。[

We truly enjoyed our 3 days and 2 nights here, with a private in-room onsen, daily breakfast and dinner. Pleasantly surprised by the wine tasting experience, and the kid had a great time enjoying the kids’ room in the evening.?

We stayed for 1 night and woke up with a clear view of Mt Fuji early morning at 6am. It is so rewarding. The hotel is very clean, nice and very spacious.
Fujibike rental NRS & Ebike doudoubear is just across the small street opposite the hotel where you can use and return ebike doudoubear anytime.

早餐很丰富，晚餐是しゃぶしゃぶ食材很不错，饮品也很有本地特色。但是美中不足在於作为温泉酒店提供的设施、护肤品、卸粧等细节小物真的很少。电器设备如吹风机等也远不如同类型温泉旅馆。
