  跨年夜和女朋友入住这家酒店，体验相对愉快（比起31日前一晚入住的某温泉度假酒店实在是好太多），入住这家酒店拉高了我对福清这座城市的整体印象）。楼下是一片很大的广场，24小时停车免费。还支持充电桩充电，恒温泳池的水质和环境业很棒。特别表扬前台服务员小陈态度热情可爱，比心。

  创元大酒店的服务很好，地理位置十分便利，停车很方便。尤其是中餐，色香味俱全，包厢服务非常周到。下次去嚐嚐西餐。

  酒店很老了，设施很陈旧，房间的隔音也不好，晚上马路上很超！结账时候，还要查房才退按金，让人回到了上个世纪。付房费核对电话和银行卡是本人，让人难以理解。

  We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The service was amazing, and Weihan Huang, one of the waiters, greeted us very warmly and was extremely friendly on our arrival. He made us feel welcome right away and took great care of us throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful staff and great hospitality!

  Moment you step into the hotel lobby, u are well greeted by the staff. Reception counter staff is extremely helpful, patient, attentive, courteous, and go through the extra mile to assist my request. My Alipay was not working. They even assist in booking DiDi and pay out of her pocket. Special thanks to Ms Helen (Reception), knowing that I m a senior at my age, she had demonstrated her professional service to ensure I am properly taken care of.. The room is big and clean. Cleaning staff are friendly. The hotel is near 2 big shopping malls. It's value for money, too. Great place to stay

  早餐特别丰富，连煮麪给客人自助需要的葱蒜都切的非常均匀，説明酒店细节管理很到位，送的水果品质在线而且配了水果刀
