高端大气上档次的酒店。房间乾净，床和枕头很舒适。早餐餐厅环境优雅温馨，食物丰富，只是所有食物的味道都太一般，和这酒店的档次不匹配。 前台给办理快递业务，服务态度特好，替我省了很多的麻烦，这个提出表扬。

这是个有点年代的酒店，当初可是抚顺的国宾馆，接待国家领导人等，很荣耀，有底藴。特意想订几天，无奈酒店竟然满房，有会议按排。所以只体验了一天，确实不错。前台美女洋洋真诚服务，尽量问你所需帮助解决，让人如沐砉风。早上去餐厅就餐，遇上主管美女小付，更是暖心，不厌其烦帮忙介绍各种特色东北菜，还特地让我们了解了满族技师揑的麪塑精致而细巧，大开眼界啊！真是个专业和得体的经理人才，特别点赞，也是酒店精心的培育和管理让我们体验如此美好，谢谢！

During my stay at Fushun Friendship Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service experience. The professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the staff were evident throughout, all delivered with efficiency and warmth.
The dining experience at the Chinese restaurant was particularly commendable. The dishes were authentic in flavor and meticulously prepared, reflecting a clear dedication to quality ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. Each course was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise.
While enjoying new coffee blends and refreshments at the lobby bar during my leisure time, the young female staff consistently maintained a polite and courteous demeanor, engaging in friendly and natural conversations that enhanced the relaxed ambiance.
Over several days, the hotel demonstrated high standards across all aspects – service, dining, and ambiance – creating a consistently comfortable and reassuring environment. I look forward to the opportunity of staying here again in the future.

Thanks to Mr. Daniel Wang, the manager of the Front Office Department. I stayed at the hotel for quite a few days. He was kind and friendly and carefully arranged a comfortable room for me, making me feel right at home.
During Christmas, he recommended the buffet dinner in the hotel to me, and it was really excellent. Moreover, he helped arrange transportation vehicles for me, which saved me a lot of trouble. He communicated with me smoothly and provided a lot of help.
The hotel service was outstanding, enabling me to feel the considerate service even in a foreign country. I will choose this hotel again next time. Once again, thank you to all the service staff for bringing more wonderful experiences to the guests.

Good to visit again. I had stayed some years ago so this stay was sentimental. At that time, clearly the Friendship Hotel was the best accommodation available in the city. In most regards it certainly still is.
Everything needed in my solid, clean and well equipped business room with a comfortable bed. No smoky odor on my floor at all. Lobby Concierge was very helpful. Staff was attentive and on the spot when I thought I had a light bulb issue in the room. A hidden switch.
Their buffet dinner choice was inly fair this time - maybe oily, and, I think, overpriced, but the breakfast selection more than makes up for it. Classiest hotel fanguan setting I have seen here. I didn't really have an opportunity to try the sauna or massage services at all.
I will save my money and visit again someday. Xie xie.

I stayed in newly renovated room at this hotel and was impressed. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk manager. Who was highly professional and provided excellent service. Highly recommend.
