This place is superb! All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. The room package is so worthwhile as it includes breakfast, skiing, snow activities, deer park and hot springs at Club Med. Room is spacious and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay here. Highly recommended especially family with young children.

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com.
Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area.
Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring.
Pros:
1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty.
2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money.
3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English.
4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes.
Cons:
1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids.
2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern ??.

酒店房间设施齐全，十分适合家庭来玩，还有一张小朋友上下床，这点超好！还有接送机服务，要给小亮哥点100个赞，谢谢他的两壶热水，泼水成冰，超出片，还有求必应，强烈推荐这家酒店。

酒店乾净衞生，服务人员亲切周到，早餐也很丰富。上下铺的床是亲子出游的最佳选择，性价比高。酒店门口就有乾净的雪可以用于堆雪人，南方小土豆的最爱。套餐里包含了滑雪娱雪等项目超划算，可以玩一整天

酒店环境温馨，房间空间也比较大。客服人员非常热情而且暖心介绍园区怎么玩、有哪些可以在APP上直接扫码使用的，酒店后勤人员也非常温暖，知道我家爱喝水每次都提前备好了。让我们入住有家的感觉。孩子在雪场也玩的非常开心。下次去长白山我们会继续入住。感谢大家的照顾，给酒店点赞??

12月初去的，买套餐很划算，带两大两小雪票，性价比很高，但是是从瑞士酒店住两晚过来的，落差比较大，松果离雪场、商业街太远了，在华美员工宿舍那一片，出门全靠接驳车，早上坐车去瑞士酒店后把瑞士酒店当据点，累了还是到瑞士酒店休息。酒店也就快捷酒店的标准吧，亮点就是有高低床，孩子非常喜欢，早餐也非常一般，而且刚好碰上游学的初中生一起入住，闹哄哄的，还有客户前台投诉晚上被吵死了。图性价比可冲，图方便还是待瑞士吧。
