外观大气，位置略偏，周围冷清，不少温泉池关掉了，服务乱七八糟的，连住两天，结果第二天玩回来发现房间没打扫，垃圾也没倒，水也没给……头一次在高档酒店碰到这种情况！酒店餐厅挺好，套餐挺实惠的。

先表扬一下温泉与早餐俩个部门的工作人员，用心在做事，尽可能的为客户解决问题，至于住宿部前台接待那叫一塌糊涂，带气説话的语气，不过脑子的回答问题，酒店的衞生实在不敢恭维 ，水上乐园滑梯一直就没有启动，不过性价比在这个旅游旺季还算可以，希望店家好好改进吧。

去长白山西景区天池游玩，住在这里非常便利。酒店离西景区非常近800米慢悠悠溜达10分钟也到了。出门就能看到西景区的前面的大片停车场。可以免费停车，非常方便自驾的客人。酒店的也有餐饮，去西景区周边商业街的餐饮也非常方便。最重要的还有温泉、水上滑梯、如果天池因天气原因不急开放，在酒店里玩上一天也是个不错的选择。工作人员很热情，有需要联系总枱很快就给服务。酒店的自助早餐也很丰富，早上6：30就可以用餐，如果买的天池早票也能赶上。

赶上雨季。闭馆。小遗憾啊。泡了温泉。还可以。早餐也不错。没有洗衣服的地方。要是有就好了。离西坡检票口很近很近。可惜没上去。天气预报也不是很准确。没什么意思去了二道白河镇转了半天。还好。弥补一下旅游的快乐

For the price it's amazing. We went for the ski slopes and got to try them all in 5 days. Breakfast included was adequate. 15 minutes from Wanda and 30 minutes from luneng. If you're going to share a room and ski at Wanda every day, it would be worth staying at the slopes, otherwise stay here.

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants.
It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old.
You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures.
There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options).
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

The accommodation looks a bit old, but it's clean and the rooms are spacious. The hotel has hot spring both outside and inside. Variety of breakfast, good taste, good service staff Very helpful especially Mr. Tenners who can speak English and provide assistance throughout our stay

来东北半个月，这家酒店是性价比最高的。距离长白山万达滑雪场二十来分钟车程，打表三十多块。最不错的是，酒店赠送了温泉，相比万达度假区内酒店赠送的汉拿山温泉里的人山人海，这里的温泉就很清净，温泉分有室内外，零下二十度的冰天雪地泡温泉真是一个独特体验。说到早餐，可能是唯一稍微差一点的地方，在我以往入住的酒店中，大概是三星级酒店水平。不过，三百块的房价还含双早、温泉，已然超值

前台李彤彤服务很到位，给升了房间，很多周边信息，都耐心相告，微笑服务，很好的，有机会还会去💯。酒店餐厅很不错，餐厅姐姐宋维华服务很好。餐厅味道可以的价格合理，而且菜量很大，两个人点一个基本就够了。基本上都在餐厅吃。
