I was impressed with the welcome and appreciated the upgrade. All the staff were very friendly. Bonnie was extremely helpful and a wonderful hotel ambassador. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The pool gave a wonderful view of the lake. I highly recommend The Holiday Inn.

An amazing service, English speaking front desk. The room was very clean and neat, not very small. Everything was great. A robot delivered my takeaway order?? I didn't taste the hotel food though.
Next time I'll book a room with a bathtub.

酒店里的游泳池还没去过 早餐还可以 房间总体还说还是不错的，给我办入住的邵志文不错哟 还送了一份水果

前台服务真的很差！办理入住超级慢，而且说话面无表情，住宾馆不就该给人一种家的感觉吗？什么都好，唯独前台服务让我感觉有带提升！
