酒店附近都在修路，续房后前台的业务不到位，我们回酒店后房间也没有通知服务员及时打扫，而且下水道堵塞，酒店达不到4星级，不过早餐还不错。

房间还可以，空间也比较大，不过空调会异响，另外就是早餐餐厅，冬天的话会超级冷。而且大堂一楼的洗手间超级脏，全都是拉了没冲粑粑的马桶。因为去的早，没法办入住，只能去一楼上洗手间，真的很无语，一天的心情都没有了。

设施：用品比较简单，设备维护程度还可改进
卫生：挺不错的，干净整洁
环境：整体舒适，就是房间号设计刚入住不好找
服务：入住得晚，打电话说房间遥控器没电池，前台让保洁阿姨上来看，等了一整晚都没见一个人来。第二天想说比较晚入住能不能延迟退房，跟我说可以的，免费延迟到两点，后面另一个前台就立马很凶意思说新来的不懂事，不能免费延迟，服务不及时，出尔反尔的说辞真的体验感很差，第一次携程旅行酒店的差评。

Everything about this hotel is good except their amenities which really fail them; the wifi is way too slow. Can’t do a TEAMS meeting at all. The shower drainage is problematic, such that water flows into the dry area … so the whole bathroom floor is wet after a shower ?!

The environment is very good, every time I come to live here, the quilt is very comfortable, the front desk little sister service is very good, the room is very comfortable, a lot of snacks nearby.
