“This Fuzhou hotel offers excellent service with warm, attentive staff who respond very promptly to every request. Its prime location near a large mall and surrounded by many eateries makes it extremely convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a busy day exploring the city.

房间是提前留好的，靠高架桥一侧，采光很好。

临时定的房间，住的真的挺舒服的，Coco小姐姐还免费提供欢迎水果！床品也很柔软，睡得很舒服。

Hotel location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Tahoe shopping complex, and has plenty of restaurants along the way to Tahoe. The room is very clean and spacious, bedding and pillow are very comfortable to sleep in. The in house shower gel and shampoo also smells divine, and housekeeping always tops you up with bottle of water as well. One of the staff who was wearing blue uniform skirt at the spa was really good at massages with consistent pressure and strokes. The facility is very clean, with a steam room inside the couple / VIP room and we were served with a tray of tea and snacks after our massage. Spa price can be a bit pricy, but worth to give it ago for guests who wants to relax. Would definitely stay at Kempinski again when visiting Fuzhou.

My overall impression of the Taihe Kempinski Hotel is one of understated elegance and sophistication. The ambiance throughout the property is refined and classy. I was particularly impressed by the artistic paintings on each floor—each piece felt thoughtful and added a touch of cultivated taste to the corridors.
The health club facilities were excellent: well-equipped, spacious, bright, and very comfortable to use. The swimming pool was also a highlight—quite large, comfortable, and inviting. I especially appreciated that there was a separate warm water pool, which was a lovely addition.
To top it off, the breakfast offered was extensive and delicious, providing a great start to the day.

大堂很气派 前台安妮服务很好很热情 笑容很甜 马上圣诞节了 进门就看到了大大的圣诞树??还有个花园 小朋友可以玩耍 房间衞生乾净 客房部服务也很快 不错的体验

必须给这家酒店五星好评！床很舒适，出差累了一天，睡一觉立马满血复活，Coco小姐姐提供欢迎水果！早餐种类多还好吃，健身房器材多！你在福州性价比真的挺高的了

来福州出差，这边离公司近，选择了凯宾斯基，环境不错，周边很多小吃，房间很大，接待我的bill经理帮忙安排了升级房间服务，点赞！其他都挺好！
