接送机的车子是GL8商务，整点接送，能安排过来也会等，非常满意。
早餐是6点30开始，升级到了隔壁的皇冠假日酒店，选品多，环境好。
位置距离机场开车15分钟。
周边有个综合体，美食多。好评

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The free airport pick-up was on time, and the customer service was very responsive throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and had a simple yet cozy design. No trace of smoke smell, which I really appreciated. They offer free self-service laundry, including a dryer and iron, which is a great bonus.
Since I don’t have a China mobile number to scan and use the washing machine and dryer, the staff went the extra mile and helped me scan both. I’m so grateful for their kindness and assistance.
Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, just a short walk to shopping malls and eateries.
Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers!

酒店在兰州新区，离机场很近，打的十几分钟能到，回程的时候从兰州市区到机场打的要1个半小时才确定这家酒店的确离机场很近了。我们是晚班机，出机场已经将近12点，因此没有酒店的接送车了。要使用酒店机场接送服务的需提前联系确定时间。半夜到酒店，前台的服务热情细致，办理入住的速度很快，降温的天气里给人温暖的感觉。门口的停车场挺大的，停车位不少，住这里也方便第二天早上提车（机场提车的租车公司大多在新区这里）。酒店的早餐也不错，品种挺多的，出品也不错，有现磨咖啡，也有兰州特色的拉麪。只是当天的拉麪汤咸了点。房间挺大的，行李箱随便放，床品也很舒服，除了洗手间的洗漱台，房间里也有一个洗手枱，方便两个人同时洗漱，煮水泡茶也方便。花洒的出水很大，但是地面倾斜角度不对，水不往地漏里走，大部分都溢出淋浴间，导致洗手间泡水。

The room is quite comfy and cozy, 10 out of 10 recomended. Anna at the front desk is quite professional and welcoming as well.

The check in process is fast and the services is considered good. The room is not worth the value that we pay.... Minimum amenities provided with no fridge and room cleanliness needs attention.

Hotel is 15 min from the airport, which is far from the city center. Stayed for one night for a short layover. Room was clean and new. Phone data connection the was very very weak in the area, although wifi was very good. Service was superb, as the front desk lady kindly arranged takeaway breakfast and suggested time to leave for the airport.

Super easy to locate, very close to the airport. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything needed.
