Booked during new year eve. The management is kind enough, just the neighbours are not considerate at all! Super noisy and screaming like no tomorrow! The noise only stop @ 5.45am! What a nightmare and terrible experience!

The apartment itself looked good front desk wasn’t there when I’ve arrived and bed was comfortable but it was too noisy!! Even on a higher floor the noise was too much to bear.the location wasn’t the best .
I asked for quiet room after moving to a different room it was still noisy from main road horns and beeping.couldn’t actually sleep well or enjoy-the bed sheets weren’t replaced in two days and there was a power surge on the last night I was there + internal stopped working .the price was too expensive for what you get .

房间衞生不错，一次性用品提供很及时。
环境挺好，距离地铁站很近，前台态度也不错，解决问题很快。
可能加个早餐就更好了

这次入住总体体验很不错，房间设施设备齐全，乾净整洁，环境优美靠近海，能看到澳门塔。整体服务不错，尤其要特别表扬前台经理james！他服务态度非常好，办理入住时热情又专业，还主动帮忙解答交通和出行的问题，让人感受到宾至如归的温暖。
入住期间有小问题也能及时帮忙解决，处理得很细心。这样的服务让整个入住体验加分不少。退房还有抽奖活动，非常完美的体验，五分好评。

跃层房间不错，配有220L大冰箱，洗衣机，进房间右手衞生间，正面全是大厅，沙发、电视、冰箱，上楼挮是卧室，两张单人床和一大片榻榻米，床垫舒服。地库车位多多

Здравствуйте! Очень хороший отель. Отдыхала с бабушкой и двумя детьми. На ресепшене можно попросить посуду?? рядом магазин и вечерние кафе
