酒店位於天娱广场一楼。装修欧式风格很有情调！酒店有地下停车场，开车外出不用付停车费。大堂左右有咖啡厅（有送欢迎咖啡券）和小酒吧。中间楼层有健身房和会议室。早餐在36楼，可远看广州塔。交通十分便利，广场下就有地铁站（岗顶）住了两天都是地铁出行。
衞生：房间是乾净的，无其他异味，有智能马桶。唯有不满就是门边条挡不了水，会造成往外流。建议修整一下
服务：前台接待服务有礼，见到客人也是面带微笑，打扫大姐也会主动问好

选了很多家，最终选了这家，酒店很好！锦江旗下，房间比较大，床也很宽，服务很好，电梯旁边备有漱口水，牙线，眼镜布等等，非常贴心！非常赞！大堂布置的很漂亮，空了喝杯咖啡也很舒心！
早餐也丰盛，价格实惠
楼下吃饭的也比较多，楼下也有购物的地方，很是方便
广交会期间住的，没有用酒店的班车，自己错峯打车也很便利！
下次还会入住！

地点真的很好，在广交会期间，价格有上涨，但对比其他已经很合理。第一次入住的品牌，还是很有惊喜，整体是复古美式风，很特别。
设施：很齐全，基本都涵盖，浴室的配备品牌也都挺好用的。
衞生：处理得很乾净，用品检查了都很好
服务：很贴心且细致
早餐在顶楼，很舒服，选品不多，味道中规中矩

广州出差正好碰到广交会，广州放假涨的没天理，平常自己喜欢的几个品牌都涨到两三千一晚，无意中搜到喆啡，发现它的小调性自己还蛮喜欢的，虽然也有涨价，但感觉在正常幅度之内，最後果断选择了它，早餐有点一般，其他都算超预期，後来折回又再次选了它

This hotel is underrated I really loved my stay. The staff are very cooperative and helpful. Everything was clean. Although the elevator was slow but despite of I still loved my stay. It’s in the middle of the city. Connected to a mall called the plaza and metro station. Food was mostly Asian style for the breakfast but the cornflakes was so yummy I wonder what brand it was haha. I love love loved my stay the staff are so nice and the room is very tidy and clean. The staff are willing to help and do their best. They offer airport pick up and he was before we even arrived. I’ll definitely restay again!!!??
The only thing is that I think the name was different from the one on this app but it’s the same interior design. Moreover it was little bit hard to find but that’s fine because it’s attached to a metro station and mall “the plaza” so you can just use the location of either to get there. I tried my best with the pictures lol but that was before our checkout lol. Anyhow thank you so much for the pleasant stay !!??

The hotel was really nice and clean. The room we booked was very spacious and comfortable with big bathtubs however, because there's 3 of us, we needed to add an additional bed.
The additional bed that they set up was poor, Very creaky and the mattress given was really thin. My 18yo daughter was complaining of back pain the next morning. We feedback this situation the next morning and they had helped to line a 2nd pc thin mattress, though not the most perfect solution, i think its better than just having 1 thin mattress. Daughter make do with it for our 5 nights there.
Feedbacks to the hotel -
1. it would be good if the toilet comes with a door so that more people can access the washing area without wasting time.
2. need to have more dustbins in the room. Think there's only 1 in the bathroom.
Location was alright with good surrounding amenities like mall, supermarket, lots of eateries around.
about 20 mins away by car from the bigger and more popular malls like Tianhe city or Shi Shang Tian He.
Didi is easily avilabile and convenient for grabs but be prepared for jams during peak hours.
Front desk were all friendly and helpful!
Overall, we all had very good stay with good clean mattresses and pillows. (just that the mattress on the foldable beds needs to improve further)

Had an enjoyable stay, will return!
- Location is strategic on subway line 3, can reach airport and tourists spots easily. B1 is the subway station (Dinggang Station顶岗站). It is linked to a shopping mall, great for shopping, dining and cinema going/entertainment, covered and not affected by rainy weather.
-The corner room at 27th floor is tastefully designed, big, clean and have excellent view of the city. Amenities were complete except the shower gel was not replenished after previous guest stay.
-Breakfast variety is good, ambiance is perfect at 36th floor, can fully appreciate the view of Guangzhou city and its transformation from old to modern.
-Front reception ladies named Cici and Kiki were very polite and helped us checked in early and arranged luggage storage after we checked out for more shopping next to the hotel.
-The welcome drink which is a free coffee voucher at a premium coffee bar next to the reception is very thoughtful indeed.

Very good experience staying seven nights here . Very convenience ,Amenities are all nearby. And just a stone throw away from the nearest subway station. Clean room and comfortable bed. The hotel is relatively kept very new and tidy all the time.
