隐舍离江南西地铁站才300多米，步行5分钟直达，去北京路、沙麪岛也超方便。周边就是江南西美食步行街和商场，离广州美术学院也近，酒店配套齐全：3楼的免费健身房器材齐全，免费车位、代客泊车都有，在酒店遇到的每位工作人员服务态度都很好，热情洋溢，提出任何需求都能很快地响应。

服务暖心到想给满分！前台小姐姐笑容温柔，办理入住退房高效顺畅，还会耐心推荐周边游玩路线。客房阿姨打扫衞生很乾净，矿泉水每天都会多放两瓶，细节处尽显贴心。离店时收到了酒店定制的手工曲奇伴手礼，口感超赞，瞬间感受到满满诚意。24小时前台、免费停车服务一应俱全，从下车拎行李到离店告别，全程体验都很舒心，下次来广州一定还住这儿！

办理入住时前台小姐姐看我拎着两个大行李箱，主动帮忙送到房间，还贴心提醒附近商场有扶梯直通地铁站，去坐地铁时就不用拎着行李箱走楼梯下去了。房间乾净整洁，床品软乎乎的，晚上睡得特别香。第二天退房赶早班机，前台还免费赠送了一份早餐，真的超级暖心！

酒店藏在闹市区的一条小巷里，闹中取静，大门外的绿植和流水景观，可以让人瞬间静下心来。酒店的早餐是中西式自助，粥品、点心、小菜都做得很精致，能吃出家里的味道。工作人员的服务意识相当高，不会过分热情打扰，却总能在你需要的时候立即解决问题，每次见到都是笑容满满地打招呼问好，帮忙按好电梯，这种贴心的服务真的很难得。

房间面积一般，但是阳光很好，面向小区也很安静。衞生乾净，一开始有点潮味，前台送来净化器后就没问题了。带着娃，睡得很好，还有自助洗衣乾衣。位置很好，挨着小河边，重点是江南西附近很多好吃的，本地人会去的酒楼吃早茶，太棒了。

The wifi is very poor and even requires a local phone number to connect which is quite troublesome for foreign travellers. The next day I was kicked out from the connection and needed to use the login with local number again. Then the TV can't function at all. At first, they sent people to troubleshoot and make it works and claimed due to slow connection. After awhile, it's not functioning again. Next day i called up the front desk, they sent people again while I'm away. The guy told me it has no issue. When I back to hotel, I recorded a video at different times and proved it's not working at all. I don't see a point of sending people multiple times without really resolving an issue. Eventually I gave up as I find no sincerity from them. The other thing I really dislike is to bear the smoking air in the room, not sure if they are really assigning me to non smoking floor. The breakfast is limited choice and almost same everyday. Their coffee machine can only prepare Americano only, although there's a button for other coffee types. Honestly I'm staying in other 3-4 hotels in China, but never experienced of this.

Laundry facilities include detergent. Rooms are clean and housekeeping service daily if required. Lots of food and shops in the location.

We had a lovely night stay at the Hidden House Hotel. Staff were very accomodating and friendly. We were able to navigate the city with their help, booking us a Didi and showing us exactly where our restaurant was on the Baidu map.
Finishing off we had a lovely breakfast featured below. Highly recommend!

A lovely hotel in a regular Chinese neighborhood just across the river from the city center. Super clean, friendly staff, and neat comfortable rooms.
Will definitely book again.
