Honestly I have staying Guangzhou 5d4n, this hotel was the best in my choices, luckily I booked this hotel for 3 nights instead of others, I can rest very well in this hotel and comfortable, is the best choices for family trip and couple. Will stay again if I come Guangzhou again.

房间衞生很乾净，设施齐备，保险箱，小冰箱都有，冰箱还冷藏了免费饮料，服务到位，外出逛北京路很近。很好的一次入住体验！

We booked a non-smoking room but got a room that smelled like cigarettes so bad that we couldn't sleep well. The staff informed us that there were no more rooms of this size to change to. If we wanted to change, we would get a smaller room. The staff had the maid come and spray the room but it didn't help to make the smell better. This time, we were a bit disappointed. My friends and I chose to come back to stay at this hotel again because we were very impressed with the room and the staff the last time.

房间给了免费升级，其实还是不错的。但是马桶有点旧，看去脏。吹风机不给力，吹半天头发。周边确实不太安静。但是总体来説位置非常好出行很方便。而且下楼就是步行街，离地铁站非常近，这个价格还是要给满分的。

现在是凌晨的1:15 am 酒店不到50m 正在进行夜间施工活动，有打地桩的声音，有钻洞的噪音，开始的时候有反应给酒店前台，让我们耐心等待，几番催促後説给我们免费耳塞，并拒绝了换房的请求，让客人自行投诉国家部门处理。酒店管理十分糟糕。严重影响旅客休息精神打扰，非常无助糟糕的体验，恳请平台重视酒店管理与星级评估
