The hotel is situated approximately 5km from the Jinmei or the Marketplace, offering easy access to local amenities. The rooms are impressively spacious and well-appointed, and there are convenient shops in the vicinity, making it a convenient location for guests. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay.
Firstly, I found the water in the morning to be quite dirty, which made it unsuitable for personal hygiene tasks such as washing my face and brushing my teeth. As a result, I had to rely on bottled water for these purposes.
Additionally, I experienced problems with the air conditioning vents in my room. Upon returning from an outing, I noticed that the vents had been tampered with, which was concerning. Despite seeking assistance from the front desk, I was informed that only one staff member was available, and she was unable to resolve the issue, leaving me to address it myself.
While the overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms met my expectations, these smaller inconveniences detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope that these issues can be addressed to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests.

酒店位置优越，门口还是公交站，附近几百米还有夜市街，离好几个大型商场也才两三公里，购物吃饭也是很方便的。前台小程服务也是非常的热情，还帮忙送了份早餐，不错。

位置还是蛮好的，吃夜宵方便，几百米就到了，离大商场百信和万达也才两三公里就到了，挺好的。前台小通服务很好，很热情，还耐心地给我们介绍了健身房，还有泳池需要带的东西。

房间非常乾净，床铺舒适，衞生间洁净无比，让人住的非常放心，交通非常方便，离公交车站很近，出行十分便利，酒店价格非常合理，性价比高，让我们在旅途中可以省下不少开支，小怡服务不错

是来广州出差的，这里离白云高铁站很近，就订了这家酒店，体验很棒，服务真的很好，酒店工作人员都很热情，看到都会主动打招呼，前台青青服务很周到，送了一份早餐，有免费停车场，很方便，凌晨才到酒店，帮我免费延迟到两点半退房

团购看了半天，最後选择这家酒店，看着比较新，带小朋友入住很友好，因为有个小度，小朋友自己在哪里玩，完全解放双手了，坐电梯到客房要刷卡的，外卖的话有机器，办入住的一一小姐姐很贴心，看到我提了行李带小朋友入住，排了一个离电梯比较近的房间，这个要点个赞，下次经过还来

Amazing hospitality.
Stayed 3 nights.
Front desk : Awesome staff, very helpful. Team Summer, Yan Yan / Amy / Qing Qing / Tang Tang / Min Yi. 夏天/欣欣/艾米/青青/糖糖/敏怡, full marks of appreciation to these guys.
House keeping :very good
Food(Breakfast) :Reasonably good
To sum up Hospitality at its best. Shall always choose this hotel over others whenever I am in GZ.

We chose a deluxe room with a window, but the window is fixed and cannot be opened. Also, there are only a few switches to adjust the light in the room, there was no towel holder in the bathroom, no wastebasket, and we were very disappointed to stay in a room with a really boring layout that was only called a deluxe room because of its large space. This place felt like a box with a bed, not a hotel. As a result, we had to change our three-night stay to one night and book another hotel.
