酒店很新，各方面不错，晚上睡觉有点外面有点吵，入住的时候前台服务也到位，退房以後让帮忙找个充电宝，不知道是不是遗漏在酒店了，客服回覆一句好的，然後就没有然後了，桔子家的回头客，第一次遇见这样的後续服务，估计觉得客人都是只住一次吧，所以服务也仅限於你入住时，9.23问的，至今没有收到酒店任何回覆，这一点很不满意，供大家参考

广州白云国际机场接送机服务:附近酒店共用车辆，司机态度好，就是会在客运大楼转来转去满载为止，但也能理解；能够安排准时送机车辆，当天早上3:30的车
设施：很新，没有装修味道，提供的洗浴也不错
服务：前台服务态度好，有准备早餐，是否符合口味就看个人了
环境：会有听到飞机升降声音，但可以接受
整体如有住机场附近需求，还是可以再考虑

Wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly. There’s free shuttle bus to travel and from the airport. To go to the airport you shall make a reservation first through the receptionist. To go to the hotel from the airport, you have to contact their provided number first, and you may need to buy a SIM card for that as a foreigner. Otherwise just book through didi, but it’s not free

Very convenient... Close to airport! Great breakfast... Very reasonable price... And the room was clean! No complaints here!

Our first experience with Orange Hotel. Love the hotel and its service. We arrived at midnight, though there was a slight delay in airport transfer but it’s acceptable. The room is big and comfy. We had a good sleep!
