早餐巨巨巨差劲，每天都是那几样，还都是凉的，根本没啥东西可吃，而且我们定的豪华高级大床房，给我们安排的普通房，又小又破，後面搞了快半个小时，才安排进我们定的房间

Great hotel, great room, the amenities are nice and the bed is super comfortable. Always love a soft bed instead of a hard bed that you often find in Chinese hotels.

前台小妹很热情周到 要了内侧房 没有火车影响 房间大乾净整齐 送5100水不错?? 早餐品种多吃得好 只是电梯当天有情况 二层不停 只能在一或三层改走楼梯 不方便

垃圾至极，客人在前台一边办入住一边抽烟，前台竟然不管，房间电话非弄个智能客服，确什麽问题都解决不了，wifi密码给的都不对，要的东西不送，最後还得找人工，我要个茶包一个小时才送！房间里电视机顶盒放的位置不对，每次换台都得站电视前边对着找半天，房间虽大，灯光极其昏暗的，房间还有一股味道，10点结束的早餐，8点半过去，没有的水果和菜也不添加，健身房就更厉害了，器材没人整理，器械全是坏的。第二晚果断换酒店，从没见过这麽差的酒店！！！

The staff, hotel and everything regarding the hotel was excellent. But I feel the hotel is overpriced for what you get in way of room size. I stayed at another hotel close by a couple months ago for less and room etc was twice the size.

Hotel didn’t have my reservation when we got there. It took 2 hours to finally get my room. Their dryer locked my clothes in. It took hours to get my clothes out.

My buddy came to China for the Canton Fair, and I hooked him up with a hotel. He totally loved it. The lobby smelled amazing, giving off a chill vibe. The rooms were big, clean, and well-kept, and the staff was super friendly and on the ball. They had some top-notch room goodies, and breakfast was a variety pack, even had some mouthwatering Chinese dim sum. He's all, "Book me this joint again next time I'm in China." Plus, it's a breeze to get to the exhibition center from there. It's seriously cool!
