The front desk team was exceptionally professional. Despite a language barrier, they went out of their way to assist us. Our flight arrived much earlier than expected, but they were kind enough to check us in at 10am, even though our booking was for 2pm—such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with a wide variety of bars and restaurants nearby, and a large McDonald's just 250 meters away. There are also several shopping malls within close reach. The breakfast offered a great mix of Asian and Western options, including croissants, bread, cheese, coffee, and fresh fruit. However, the room we booked was without windows, which was a bit disappointing.

地理位置方便，楼下有餐饮的很多店，环境也很不错，前台还给升级了房间，不错不错。交流很客气，服务态度好，

我定的大床房，给我升级个亲子房，一个大男人，商务人士去住个亲子房，啥概念，跟他门説了，居然説没其他房，那我原来定的大床房哪去了！房间在6楼，5楼那里晚上有营业，超级吵的！

套房宽敞，舒适，整洁，最爱房间与客厅空调可独立调校温度，楼下就是食街，出行方便；这次住宿有一个插曲，就是check out後发现遗漏东西在房间?，经与酒店联系，服务员即时协助查找及确认，并立即将东西寄回，这次真的很感谢各位服务员的协助，其他五星级高级酒店亦未有这种服务，这次住宿体验满分。

现在这种房型是真的超级适合一家四口，一个大的孩子自己一个床，我们两个带小的住大床，前台服务很贴心，笑的我疲惫的心都化了，来卓正医疗住在这里太方便了。留下全是吃的，走过去卓正200多米。下次复查还住这里??

Value for money hotel, with good service. Location was decent and service was good -
special mention to the front desk staff Alan for his 5 star service. Prior to our trip, he was already helping us with our parcel issues and help us keep track of our items and address our concerns when holidaying during china’s golden week.
Would definitely stay there again

I had booked 2 rooms 3 weeks before coming to this hotel.
I made the online payment of 950 euros.
After the long journey of 22 hours, we went in the morning to leave our luggage as we were going to the Canton fair. The reception told us that we should leave our luggage and when we return at 2 o'clock we will get the room. After we return tired and exhausted, they tell us that there are no free rooms and they would send us to another hotel which was a real scandal since the location was 9km away. Everything far from the place and location where we had booked to do business. Not at all serious and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. One of the worst experiences in my life.
