酒店??距离机场较近，接机送机服务很到位，房间环境衞生也很乾净整洁，餐厅餐食味道还不错，酒店周围基本无噪音，不影响夜间睡眠，另外小钟、小谭服务好，小邓服务也很好，感谢酒店所有服务人员的辛勤付出，有机会下次落地广州我将继续选择景阁～

房间属於麻雀虽小 五脏俱全那种。床很舒服很大。装修很独特是我喜欢的风格，早餐也很丰盛各式各样的几十种。酒店工作人员很热情给人一种宾至如归的感觉。特别表扬莉莉服务特别好面面俱到??

凌晨3点才入住，因赶早班转机，就选择了这家。超级性价比，很乾净，房间设施都很不错。这麽优惠的价格还有送接机服务，非常便捷。唯一不足是餐厅服务不满意，我们订的房间是有早餐的，因只睡4小时懒的去吃，但是小朋友不能空腹，於是让我8岁的女儿自己去餐厅带一个小包子准备赶班车时吃，但是餐厅的阿姨拒绝了外带餐食，餐券却收走了，女儿空腹下来百般委屈，不得已再还有班车几分钟情况下，我陪伴女儿去了餐厅沟通。不能外带可以理解你们的规定，但是过於死板缺乏人情，并没有要求你们拿盒子去打包食品，只是拿一个小点心，成人説就行，小朋友就不行了！ 最终我女儿也不敢去选择小包子，随便拿了一个小麪包就走了。希望服务上有点变通，我们并没有过度要求，只是在我们享有的范围内提出了要求。

Near Airport, should have airport shuttle services for pick up and drop off. Now they only provide 1 trip shuttle service. So have to get taxi from the airport... Hotel is very nice and clean with a very good price.

My 2nd booking with Ginco Hotel at Guangzhou Airport. My scores: living room 9/10, cleaning 9/10, breakfast 10/10, pickup car 10/10. Afternoon tea was a bit disappointing, 7/10. Overall, final score 9/10, almost matching a 4-star hotel level.
You can directly contact the sales manager; she can offer a better room and a discount.

The hotel is slightly further than I’ve expected. We took bus 708 from Baiyun Int Airport T1 and alighted right outside the hotel. The airport shuttle bus is definitely convenient and easy to reserve. Just scan the QR code with your wechat app @ the reception counter when you check in, & you’ll be able to let them know as and when you need the shuttle bus. One thing is - i think this hotel is more for young people. We have elderlies in our group — they mentioned the shower room and toilet is too tight & inconvenient for them, rain shower / shower head icons are too small which made them jump at the cold water etc, which i beg to differ ?? I enjoyed the stay thoroughly!
