正佳广场这么好的地段这个价格确实非常实在，性价比超级高；复式房型面积也很大，附近工作的话可以长期租的话也很不错

房间户型够大，视野开阔，年头虽然很久了，卫生还是搞的可以的。。。大堂在一楼，就在正佳西门，万豪酒店隔壁，朝向天河城的方向。上到23楼需要换乘电梯，有刷卡通道才能再上去。

优点：位置绝佳，就在正佳广场旁且靠近体育西路地铁站，出行超方便。房间宽敞舒适，设施齐全，高层还能赏绝美夜景。
缺点：隔音欠佳，周边嘈杂易影响休息。价格偏高，尤其节假日涨幅大。停车也不太方便，车位有限且周边收费高。总体尚可。 水压很小！不稳定！洗澡很困难！

**Disappointing Experience**
My stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The room was not cleaned properly; I found fruit seeds all over the floor and even encountered broken glass. Despite indicating that we were two adults and one child, we were only provided with two pillows and two towels. When we approached the service counter, our request was dismissively turned down, as it was claimed that every apartment had the same provision.
Additionally, the shower was a nightmare. The water temperature was highly unstable, constantly switching between cold and hot, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The fixtures were poorly maintained and nearly breaking down.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

location and the view were great. The appartent was old and dated and not so cosy as advertised, see pictures. staff is helpfull and the breakfast to go was handy.

空间非常足够，而且比起同区其他住宿，价钱都挺划算。而且正正位于正佳广场，附近又有天环时尚天河非常多的购物中心，地理位置完美！
虽然房间有一点时间的痕迹，但整体都干净。唯一要挑剔的就是其中一张大床床褥比较硬，不过这两晚住下来的体验一定会推荐大家。

已经很多年了，每次到广州出差都是住这家公寓，交通和室内设施都很方便。这次广交会期间，可能是太忙了，卫生方面有所欠缺。不知道浴室里哪里来的小飞虫，真的吓**，我第二天特地带了杀虫剂来消杀。前台很真诚地向我道歉，并表示一定会注意。

Although the apartment was big, but it was very used and old. The location although seemingly convenient, but actually required you to change elevators to go up. Also the view they advertised isn’t the view I got.
