总体来説，都很差，先是房间，説是无烟房，进去房间，都是充满刺鼻的烟味，更换到第三间房才勉强能接受味道。再是设施，陈旧到无法形容了。最让人难以接受是酒店提供的所谓自助早餐，从没看过如此差的早餐，早餐安排在酒店对面一家餐馆里，早餐只有三四种蒸熟的冷藏包子＋水煮鸡蛋＋一壶冲泡的豆浆，请问这是啥门子的自助早餐？最后实在没能忍，直接携程投诉了，太恶心了的自助早餐了

这间酒店位置非常方便，邻近地铁站出口，出行极为便捷。房间宽敞整洁，设施齐全，入住感觉舒适放松。前台服务周到贴心，办理入住快速，并主动为我们升级了房型。下层商场有多间餐厅可选。入住客人还可免费享用健身中心一次。

离地铁口很近周边的环境也好。

酒店卫生超级差，卫生间的毛巾超级脏，拿给酒店前台看，前台道歉说要给重新拿一个也没拿，上面真的太脏了，也不知道其它地方干不干净

If you sleep anytime before 10pm, I WOULDN NOT ?choose this hotel!!!
There is a RESTAURANT downstairs. When we stayed there, that restaurant was having a big party with loud speaker and music until around 1am. People were even SCREAMING!!!
I’ve never had this kind of issue before in my life. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.
We called the hotel a few times that night and they said they could not do anything to solve this issue??? The only thing they said was to just wait until the party was over. Why????
Overall, no apology or remedy were provided by the hotel. None of the staff cared about the party, which seems normal to them.

Excellent service from all staffs. Limited English, but able to communicate via translator. Location is excellent with many restaurants, malls, shops, and metro within walking distance. Shuttle bus provided during Canton Fair days. Free laundry and dryer a plus. Only negative is the cigarette smell in the hall and rooms, unfortunately very common in China.
