酒店各设施都很新，前台小美女嘉兰服务很好，酒店香氛很好闻薰衣草的香味，酒店门口停车位很充足打粗停。早餐品种丰富食材新鲜自助餐的形式

Zero Star out of 10— AVOID AT ALL COST! Absolutely the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.
I usually don’t write reviews, but this stay was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. I read the negative reviews before booking and ignored them — I truly wish I had listened. Everything people complained about was not only true, it was even worse in reality.
? Service:
You are treated like you’re worth nothing. The front desk staff is overwhelmed, serving 4 people at the same time, and has zero interest in fixing problems. When we asked him to come check the room, he literally said “I’m busy” — which, with his tone, came across as “I don’t care.”
? Room Conditions:
Absolutely unacceptable.
We had to change rooms three times — wasting over an hour — because every room we saw smelled deeply of cigarette smoke and mold. The smell is so strong that you can’t breathe properly.
When we pointed it out, the front desk guy told us (through his translation app),
“All rooms smell the same. We can spray air freshener for you.”
Spray air freshener?? For mold and smoke? Seriously!?
? False Information & Lies:
We booked a high floor, non-smoking room.
We were given a 6th-floor smoking room.
When we asked to change, he said the whole hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available.
Five minutes later, magically, he had rooms on the 8th floor… then the 9th floor.
If he lied once, he lied multiple times.
? Room #1 (6th floor):
Unliveable. Smelled like a mix of old cigarettes and a wet basement.
? Room #2 (815, 8th floor):
Even worse. We walked in and immediately walked out.
? Room #3 (913, 9th floor):
Still horrible. Same disgusting smell throughout the entire room.
? Towels:
We were given ONE towel for two adults.
One. Towel.
For a hotel that claims to be “standard accommodation.”
? Breakfast:
If I could give zero stars, I would.
The food quality was shockingly bad. No hygiene, no variety, nothing fresh.

We cut our stay short and will NEVER come back.
This place should not even be operating in this condition.
Save yourself the stress, frustration, and the wasted money — choose any other hotel.
You’ve been warned.

还不错吧！在从化客运站附近除了希尔顿就是这间酒店设施比较好了，离商场近，交通便利，早餐还可以，品类够饱腹的。

首先房间窗帘关不上 要自己手动关来关去 床头中控地方的开关都不行，衞生：其次床单的衞生大家可以看图片。服务：我打电话去前台是个小哥接电话 我跟他説了这情况，他跟我强调两遍让个清洁阿姨过来看 他什么都不知道喔，要不你让那位阿姨做你的前台工作好了？ 阿姨一上来就是穿着运动鞋走进我们房间 説让我们自己拉一下窗帘就好了，然后帮我换过床单。从化丽枫这酒店真多人才啊～

早餐可以用简陋来形容。面包也根本就没有。餐台一大片区域都是空的。床单和枕头下都是之前客人留下的头发。地毯脏的一塌糊涂。下午4点15入住被告知三间房都没打扫完，要等。问前台要说法，前台只是呵呵了。牙膏两个全都干掉了挤不出来。明明定了早餐，前台却说我订的房间无早。真是各种的不在线呀。建议选择别家酒店。感觉他家太业馀了。
