酒店由地铁站走约10分钟路程；酒店所在的区域并不是非常卫生，所在的商场亦比较冷清。酒店在商场6楼，有专用的电梯。酒店是比较新装修的，有USB C插头在墙上，基本设施亦齐全，只是没有太多挂钩用来挂衣服和毛巾。床褥有软和硬的供选择，床亦?软硬适中。花洒力度足够，水温调至最尽亦刚刚够热。

They can’t find my booking upon check in but managed to give me an upgraded room. The self service laundry is excellent. Shower pressure is great and water temperature is consistent. Hair dryer is working fine. The location is close to 沙面岛 (walkable) & subway station. Breakfast is good and receptions are kind enough to provide me extra bottles of water everyday. There’s some cigarettes smell on our mattress, my roommate could hear the voice next door during late night. There is some problem with the parcels delivery as I can’t find them in the hotel meeting room as the delivery man refused to send over to this address (for foreigner)… the end result is cancellation and refund of my taobao parcel at this hotel.

Everything was perfect — from the room to the amenities. The hotel is located on Shamian Island, and the room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.
A special thank you goes to the young woman wearing glasses for her outstanding support. She made both the check-in process and our entire stay smooth and pleasant

这家酒店金年才开业麪是全新的，非常乾净。床超级舒服得特别好。早餐美味又丰盛。酒店还提供洗衣机和烘乾机，对面就是沙麪岛和广场 ，吃东西都很方便。前台也跟友好 给予很多帮助 ，也可帮忙叫外卖，还有机器人送到房间。全家人都很满意。

房间收拾得很乾净，大堂还有自助咖啡、免费茶水、24小时提供直饮热水、泡奶泡茶真的很方便，门口就是地铁站，出行超省心。步行就能到沙麪岛、永庆坊和上下九，逛吃逛玩完全不用绕路，逛完荔湾去旁边码头渡轮就可以到大湾区艺术中心，票价2元，超方便超划算的。远一点去广州塔也方便，下次来还想选这儿！果然是活力大湾区魅力新广州

前台服务很差，特别是那个戴眼镜的女孩，?让我们呆坐2小时，客房已清理好的情况下。?最後几番催促才带我们看房，态度不友善。?隔音非常差，楼上每天开party像是人家跑步那样?非常大声，房同房之间隔音也非常差，隔篱房电视声人声一好清晰?大门口旁边是水产市场，一阵鱼腥味??

The hotel location is ideal, a short walk from the lovely Shamian Island. We had an enjoyable stay here. Staff is very helpful and welcoming, and the rooms (with windows) were nice.
As often in Chinese hotels though, the "smart" equipment is quite annoying (TV switching on each time you enter, too much light from the smart toilet, etc) and there was still a faint cigarette smell in the room, but this is hard to avoid both in China. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel which is on the side of a fish market but there are some places to eat nearby.
