I love this hotel for many reasons. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Their sense of commitment to customer satisfaction is obvious. Any request or query from their guest is closely being followed-up. I was expecting a courier to be delivered to the hotel but it got delayed. The staff went the extra mile to help me check with the delivery person and also asked the next person on duty to follow-up on the matter. Is that great sense of responsibility and professionalism or what? The hotel is top notch quality in term of furnishing and interior decor. I definitely felt very comfortable for the period I stayed at the hotel and I would look forward to returning to it some time soon.

房间地板特别脏，全是污渍，第二天给前台反应，説晚上继续住，好好打扫，你看下这视频，服务员一点歉意没有。晚上回去后看还是那么脏。而且床垫子一股臭味
