I had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of Beijing Road, and conveniently shares an elevator with the Mercure. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond, managing my Taobao deliveries and even handling returns for me. Communication via WeChat was seamless. I also appreciated the laundry service, where they delivered my fresh clothes directly back to my room. While the soundproofing wasn't perfect, the staff reacted immediately to my feedback by asking other guests to be quiet and offering breakfast coupons as an apology. I’ll definitely be back and will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

服务人员都很好， 清洁阿姨，前台 都很帮忙。 有求必应。 地点也非常的好。 下楼就是mcd ， 步行街， 批发街，前台还帮忙免费洗衣服 折衣送回房间。

服务：这家酒店的管家小蔡真的太??了，主动用心的提供服务，洗完的衣服第一时间给我送回，然后也会主动告知水压情况，有什么问题都是第一时间解决，很温暖??所以跟妈妈决定继续住下…

酒店的地理位置非常好，就在北京路上。北京路地铁站B出口，穿过天河城商场就到。前台在10楼。房间内矿泉水，免费无限续领。服务人员热情，耐心。因为想品嚐广州的早茶，没有在酒店用早餐，所以对酒店早餐不做评价。周边美食很多，煲仔饭、肠粉、甜水、五宝云吞 、陶陶居、寿司郎等等。总体来説是一场非常好的入住体验。借这个评论吐槽一下广州地铁6号线，为什么比一般的地铁车厢少那么多，人流量那么大的地方，挤不上去也挤不下来，但凡坐这趟线，必能看见吵架的广东大爷大妈??在补充一下，照片是退房时拍的，有点乱，但酒店却是值得选择入住的。

酒店地理位置太太太优越了，虽然周围有很多酒店，但这个更加绝。对面就是天河城，陶陶居早茶安排上。衞生状况很好，早餐丰富，该有的都有了，隔音也不错。服务小哥哥小姐姐也很热情，有问题及时解决。推荐。可惜没有多拍些酒店的图片

Location is very convenient, Beijing pedestrian street is just across the road. Lots of food and shopping. Washing machines are provided and hotel provide free laundry service too. Room is clean and spacious. Aircon is cold even though we tried to adjust the temperature, can request for small heater from the reception. Coke and sprite provided in mini bar are refillable. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

A fav of Singaporeans, right smack in Beijing Road and surrounded by malls and good eats. Shared laundry room (it's free!) with Mercure, and you can cut through the Mercure lobby to get to the lifts. Good service!
Room floor was really dirty upon check-in, and it was taken note of by staff. Beware of the "shoe shine" syndicates hovering outside the hotel.
