An hotel near Ghuanzhou Bayuan international airport, the hotel offers amenities like toiletries and water. A clean hotel with a Chinese buffet for breakfast that offers dumplings, chicken porks, noodle station etc.
The room could be a bit cleaner and the shower could offer more privacy.
What really brings the grade down is the service and that the staff had given away our room to other guests so when we came exhausted and just wanted to shower and sleep before an early flight we needed to wait an hour for them to fix 2 rooms for us instead of the one we had booked. They apologised several times and offered us water to drink but for me that has worked in service for so many years and with high quality service this is not ok. You can never give away a guest room to someone else!

I had a wonderful stay at Ezzi Hotel — everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile.
The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and key attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful.
What I loved most was the attention to detail and the excellent customer service — it truly made me feel like a valued guest. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area — I will definitely be coming back to Ezzi Hotel!

The front desk nv doing a good job for arranging the bus from airport to hotel. Breakfast is very simple.
