房间装修风格有寓意，特别是前台??热情周到，前台准备了许多小吃和饮品很丰富，交通便利，为开车的客人提供酒店专用免费停车位，很贴心很方便，下次来广州还会选择这家店。

新装修的房间明亮宽敞，可加热的马桶垫和乾净的洗衣房是加分项。吹风机的功率不错。客服小哥哥小姐姐们挺好的，虽然没住到塔景房但基本满意。

安静 舒服 能让我半夜四点睡到下午五点 就是睡觉过程 有工作人员打扰 需要搞卫生吗 这点我不太喜欢 下次入住 最好先跟柜台人员沟通 别吵我 我需要安静睡觉??自然醒

The hotel is located at a great location where it's surrounded by many eateries.Staffs are very friendly and super helpful! Very responsive, always polit, and greeted us with a bright smile. The hotel room's floor, bedsheets and towels are all very clean, no odours. We truly enjoyed our stay there, and we felt safe and comfortable. Thank you!!

Visited Graceful Inn during a week at Canton Fair. The location are close to road, heavy traffic, and rooms at 2-3-4 floors. No breakfast area, just got a bag with a milk,an egg, some grapes and a kind of bread/cake. Will not recommend to book including breakfast. Nearby you can find coffee shops, 7-eleven and some small restaurants to buy your Chinese breakfast. If you are looking for western breakfast...then there are a Mc-Donalds nearby. Washing machine, only provided in Chinese - and you need an app or something to manage it.
The rooms are ok, new and clean. And some of the persons in reception speak English, not all of them. They also have a coffee machine in the lobby, - about 2 USD for a coffee...but better options outside. Especially a small coffee-bar who makes very good coffee...can′t remember the name of that. The gym was 4 machine in the stairs area.

这次住酒店非常满意！前台很热情，看到带孩子出行，主动给我们升级了房型，并赠送了礼物，房间看着就很舒服，衞生也很不错，晚上也不吵，睡着很舒心

比较了众多酒店，这家真的很棒，衞生环境位置都很棒，服务人员都很好，大堂里面的设施也很全。楼下有家蒸菜也很好吃哦，离广州塔很近，晚上还可以珠江夜游。

酒店位置离珠江沿江道和广州塔比较近。交通便利店地下车库停车方便，周边吃饭购物也方便。房间设施都很新，也比较完备。客服服务到位有耐心。唯一可能让人不太满意的是房间面积稍微偏小，但一般三口之家住个标间也足够了。
