The hotel staff were friendly and the room is clean and tidy. The bed is very comfy and bedsheet is clean. The room is spacious and nice with free beverages such as soft drinks, coffee and tea and daily top up of mineral waters. However, the hotel location is a bit too far from the tourist spots and the nearest metro is around 20 mins walking distance. Will recommend to use didi(ride hailing) to travel around instead.

房间非常的宽敞，服务人员的态度也非常的好。居住感觉舒适，睡眠质量很好，非常推荐，以后来广州玩还会想要住的程度。

第一次和家人到广州，提前预订了新开业桔子水晶酒店2.5，房间体验非常舒服，孩子写作业很方便，前台小姐姐泡泡服务很周到，家人很满意。下次还会入住。

酒店前台服务特别好 早餐服务人员也很热情 房间超出预计的好 这个价位住这种房间性价比太好了 可以煮茶 在房间吃东西都特别方便 有需要还会再来这家酒店

酒店2025年开业，地下有店铺仍然在装修，有很重天拿水及油漆味道。我们房间是最基本的双床房，处于向街方向没有异味，但因为窗户在公路旁边，无论开窗及关窗都有非常嘈吵的汽车声。
