前台服务太暖心了！入住当天有点晚，工作人员依旧热情周到，还贴心帮我升级了房间。遇到问题响应超快，出门在外能感受到这样的善意太加分了！

大门面装修不错，房间在电梯入口房间总体隔音效果不好，晚上KTV声音，白天来来去去的嘈杂声音，写着2025年开业，硬件设施，都老旧了，马桶冲力不够，花洒水太小应该及时换了，吹风机也是老古董还要一直按着吹，吹了长发要45分钟浪费时间

Nothing but amazing. The room is spacious.
It's a 4 star rated hotel but it makes you feel like you're staying in a 5 star hotel instead. Comes with 2 cups of free Americano coffee per stay for us. The only downside, is the location, lack of nice views and locals smoking in their rooms. The nearest train station across the street is not very convenient. So you have to walk further out to another train line. We requested for a non-smoking room, but unfortunately there were other guests smoking nearby in their rooms for a night while playing mahjong. The hotel comes with a laundry room but I have to advise all travelers to have a common understanding that it is a shared facility. So be mindful of the timing when to collect your clothes. Other than that, it was a superb stay with this hotel.

圣诞假期红日入住，价格上尚可接受，酒店新而且是独立一座，设计较英伦风格，入住每人有林welcome coffee，只限black coffee。。若要其它补差价亦好合理。。不好咖啡亦有non 咖啡因饮品选择，今次选有浴缸房间，因出外游玩，行得较多，浸完可用肌肉放松，房间大，四楼水压较三楼好，因朋友住三楼，水压麻麻，房间配备USB头很方便，床褥亦很好睡，今次没有买早餐，所以没有评价。。因我们四人方便call车，所以位置近唔近车站亦唔重要，酒店门口方便上落客

前台很有礼貌，有什么问题处理的都很及时。
邮寄快递网上下单放在前台就可以了，非常方便。
酒店的位置也很好，基本地铁或者滴滴比较少的价钱都能去到我想去的地方。
房间也很大，而且有智能马桶非常乾净。
如果下次来广州还会考虑这个酒店。
