房间很喜欢，服务人员态度好，耐心细致，床品很乾净，升级了带花园的房间，非常好的露台花园。周边临近商场食肆，吃饭非常方便，选择很多。

非常喜欢FromK欢凯酒店，第二次入住了,周边环境及交通超棒，方便出行方便购物吃喝，酒店明亮衞生乾净，设施齐全，乾湿分离，前台服务热情周到温馨，这是个值得推荐的高性价比的酒店

We stayed in the family room for 4 with 1 queen and 1 double bed which was comfortable, very spacious, and clean. The bathroom is spacious with the shower and toilet separated and 2 sinks (1 lowered for accessibility and 1 standard height).
The hotel stay included a daily all you can eat breakfast which was quite tasty, consisting of a mix of asian and western foods, and drinks like tea, canned soda, and juices.
There's free luggage storage, plenty of free bottled water and similar complimentary vanities such as shoe wipes, hand cream, and sometimes heated eye masks/ clothing warmer near the reception.
The location of the hotel is very convenient as it's close to shopping malls and a metro which is connected to a large underground shopping area.
There's complimentary laundry with 4 separate washing machines and dryers. The staff were very helpful and kind, they will even launder, fold and deliver the clean clothing to your room.

强烈推荐这家宝藏酒店！从进门开始就感受到满满的贴心，大堂香气宜人，房间设施齐全，洗漱用品品质在线，衞生细节做得特别到位。早餐种类丰富，味道也很棒，整体体验感满分，必须五星好评！

房间设备很新、整洁，洗手间阔落，电视可以投屏，3人入住也很舒适。员工友善，有礼貌。地理位置很好，酒店邻近有地下街出口，直达体育西路地铁站，出入方便。下次再来广州也会入住。

酒店新装修，房间乾净衞生且没有任何异味，床品舒适，睡得特别好。员工服务热情，响应迅速。地理位置极佳，出门就是地铁站，隔壁还有大型商场，无论是商务出差还是休闲旅游都非常方便。已亲自推荐给家人朋友，是一家值得强烈推荐的高性价比酒店。

酒店位置非常方便，体育西路站E出口, 走过地下商场就可到；房间比较智能和新净，家人订的房间初时编配不合适，与前台反映后都能够换过另一间合适的房间；早餐的地方就在大堂，座位所见并不多，但又能够足够满足住客需求，而选择亦算足够；酒店的位置到广州东站近和算交易方便之选
