前台服务很热情，态度不错，环境优雅，周边吃饭地方也较多，洗手间乾净衞生，床品很舒服，入住放心，各类设施齐全，洗衣服方便，洗衣 烘乾都有，价格也很实惠。

Staff is friendly and will help with enquiries.
Price is very affordable.

一向比较喜欢住希岸，这家有点失望，可能因为地理位置的原因，房间设施一般，早餐简陋，前台服务人员态度一般，有点失望

酒店入住感不错，酒店旁边就是购物商城，服务员个个都很热情，特别是前台阿娣小姐姐服务周到还给我们房间升级了，服务很细心～外卖夜宵可以送到房间

房间很好空间很大采光也好，东西都比较齐全，服务也超贴心很棒，住的很舒心睡的很踏实，酒店风格不错，环境也很优美，性价比蛮高，期待下一次的入住。

酒店前台的服务非常好，特别是阿莲非常热情，服务周到，房间打扫的很乾净，入住期间感到很舒适，没什么不妥，停车免费，整体感觉非常棒。连锁酒店，值得信赖希岸！

酒店地理位置便利，去哪都方便，房间乾净整洁很温馨，床品软乎超好睡，洗漱品希岸定制，非常好，热水充足，前台小姐姐阿莲热情周到，性价比超高，下次还住。

The hotel overall isn't bad, but there are serious questions about the cleanliness of the rooms. Room 395 on the 3rd floor. The nightstand or the area under it smelled absolutely terrible. The wallpaper was already dirty, the chair was dirty and stained. The carpet on the floor wasn't the freshest either. They vacuumed it and that's it. The curtains weren't clean either. But despite all that, the bed linen was snow-white, very soft and pleasant. The bathroom was also spotless. Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned every day, which was very nice. The women who cleaned the room did a very good job, but the hotel clearly needs renovation. As far as I understand, no one cleans the curtains, wallpaper, or carpet. But I think that's the hotel administration's problem, not the cleaning staff's. The girls at reception were extremely pleasant!
