We would like to commend Kristen Wu for her excellent service recovery and professionalism during our stay.
Initially, we reported to Guest Services that our room felt unusually warm. A housekeeper came to check while delivering some amenities we had requested, but she was unable to resolve the issue and escalated it, informing us that the engineering team would inspect the room. After waiting about half an hour with no one arriving, we went down for breakfast instead.
After breakfast, we approached the front desk again and explained the situation. Kristen Wu attended to us and immediately took ownership of the issue, assuring us she would rush the engineering team to check on it.
Shortly after we returned to the room, an engineering representative arrived. He explained that the room tends to be warmer because it faces the Baiyun High-Speed Rail Station and receives strong sunlight in the morning and afternoon. He tried opening the window, but it did not help much. We then asked about the air-conditioning system, as it was winter in Guangzhou. He explained that the system can only operate either in heating or cooling mode at one time, and at that period the hotel had switched on heating due to other guests complaining about cold rooms on the construction-facing side.
We requested for a room change due to the heat, and he escalated this to Guest Services.
Kristen personally came up to our room to assist. She took the time to experience the room temperature herself and agreed that it was indeed warm because of the strong sunlight exposure. She then showed us another room of the same category on the opposite side of the hotel, which was noticeably cooler but faced the construction site.
We also shared another concern — at night, the bathroom lights were too glaring because the wall separating the bathroom and sleeping area was translucent, allowing the cove lighting to disturb our sleep. We asked if there were rooms with a more opaque partition.
Kristen then brought us to a Deluxe Room that was larger, cooler, and had a partially opaque separation wall, which suited our needs much better. We asked if we would need to top up for the upgrade, and whether a complimentary upgrade was possible. To our pleasant surprise, she kindly arranged a free upgrade for us.
Throughout the entire process, Kristen remained polite, patient, and genuinely accommodating. Her handling of the situation turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. I even had the thought of cancelling our stay and changing hotels earlier, but her service recovery truly made the difference.

第一次入住EVEN逸衡酒店，无微不至的服务和关心，体现在入住赠送欢迎水果，退房后还赠送了水果，小礼品赠送。就在白云站旁边。有健身房，洗衣房。以后还会选择。前台小姐姐Evelyn非常热心。

酒店虽然刚开业不久，但是进入酒店没有闻到什么甲醛味，前台chris小哥哥服务态度热情有礼，办入住高效快捷，我问他能否升级一下房间，没想到他很爽快的答应了我，非常nice??，升级过的房间非常大，躺上去床很舒服，5楼的间房房也很大，健身器材很齐全，旁边就是洗衣房，洗好了也有烘乾机能烘乾，并且写个纸条在洗衣机上后还会有服务员送回房间这是我没想到的??，非常好的入住体验，以后再来广州的话还会再回来住??

酒店离白云站很近，从4楼花园坐电梯到3楼就能直达白云站进站口非常便捷，酒店大堂装修也挺气派，临近过年做了简单的春节布置，挺好，前台chris帅哥办入住高效快捷，热情礼貌，问他能不能升级个房型他很痛快的答应了我，让我很开心，房间也挺大的，简约不失商务，有瑜伽球和瑜伽垫能让人练瑜伽，酒店叫了外卖也有机器人送上来，不用客人下去拿，这点可以，5楼的健身房也不错，器材挺齐全，空间也很大，让我没想打的是紧邻着还要一间瑜伽房，这是我住别的酒店都没见过的，非常棒，洗衣房也是24小时自助的，洗完还有烘乾机能烘乾，硬件设施很好，以后再来的话还会再次入住白云逸衡??

这一次出游是带小朋友一起的，动车提前到了，十一点多致电前台原本抱着应该太早入住还没房间想寄存行李的，但是前台小姐姐説没关系，想到我们赶火车也累了，尽快赶出了一间房间给我们先入住休息，真的很惊喜。办入住时工作人员evelyn也很有耐心，还给小朋友送了花花小香片，孩子们都很开心！当然房间的设施设备也都很不错，客房人员打扫的也很细心，是一次很不错的体验~

活力水站饮品畅饮:免费无限畅饮，每种口味都很不错。前台服务很好，特别是前台阿娴和易小姐，酒店的设施设备都讲的很清楚，让我一下就找到酒店的各种东西，房间也比较大，酒店比较新，酒店还靠近白云站，下次出差还会过来这边。

超级好！离白云站非常近！往西广场方向走，到大门后往右转，大约坐上三次扶梯，往左边公交车站方向走，进入大厅即可见左边有两个直梯，上四楼，出电梯后往前走50米就到了！出站到到达酒店也就5分钟吧！非常方便！环境优美、安静、高端、舒适、乾净，非常赞！

硬件方面很满意，套餐很划算，基础房间也很大，还有沙发，夜景也不错；酒店里的一切都很新，打扫得也很乾净。除了位置稍微偏了一点，其他都很好。
服务方面，先表扬一下所有女性员工，前台的几位工作人员，态度热情、工作专业；保洁阿姨路过都会主动打招呼，让人如沐春风。
一分扣在酒店的男性工作人员态度上，住了两晚，站在一楼门口的男服务生换了三个，每次我路过无一例外都在低头玩手机，车停在门口也不帮忙开门，更夸张的是也不和客人主动打招呼，住了这么多次五酒店，第一次遇到服务员无视客户的…坐电梯碰到两个穿西装的男工作人员，也是完全不打招呼，直接问：“去几楼”，客户下电梯也不説话，连话都不会説，更别提态度了。
建议把那些不想干活的男工作人员换成女性，让他们早日回家当耀祖，不要出来损害你们酒店的形象。

此次出行住了两晚，体验感非常非常差到离谱，第一天是周六，十二点不到就来疯狂敲门按门铃説要打扫衞生，然后过了不到一个小时被热醒，空调吹的全是暖风，打电话问前台説在测试暖气（请问平日不测试，下午的时间不测试）为什么要在大中午测试暖气，第二晚开空调，全是暖气，热得要命，逼不得已让前台拿风扇上来，没想到风扇都给其他房客都拿去了（所以热的不只有我们这一个房间）而且窗户也是打不开的！！大家避雷避雷！！！

I stayed here for the last day of my trip. Booked last minute. Modern clean hotel. Room was spotless. It had yoga equipment in the room which was great to stretch my back and neck. Bed was comfortable. Sound machine and essential oils were were a nice touch. The western breakfast was as good as back home! Staff was very friendly. I wish I could have stayed longer but I had a plane to catch. I will be back next time I’m in Guangzhou
