离机场15min车程 有shuttle接送 大堂乾净整洁 晚上到店还有夜宵 早班飞机退房很快 前台小汪服务态度特别好 我上了大巴找不到身份证还记不清房间号 麻烦前台去房间找一下 小哥主动帮我找了两个房间 酒店附近选这家准没错??方便快捷安全放心

到机场附近的唯一选择，小姐姐给升级了房型，房间乾净宽敞，智能控制，体验感好。转机入住已是深夜，酒店安排了接机服务，到达後来了一碗夜宵麪，疲惫的旅程中算是一种慰藉。虽然第二天一早就又要赶飞机，但早餐的丰富补充了些许能量也能支撑自己继续前行。选择一家酒店不需要花里胡哨的噱头，只是你要得它都有，润物细无声般给予住客温暖舒适的感受。

酒店服务很贴心，晚上凌晨到广州的飞机，酒店还安排了免费接机，到了酒店还给我们做了免费升房，整个落地都特别顺利舒适贴心，整体环境也很不错，装修风格也是我很喜欢的轻奢美式，早上的早饭，工作人员的服务也很热情，品类丰富，味道棒棒的！整体体验很棒，推荐。

Beautifully decorated hotel quick free shuttle bus away from Baiyun International Airport. The staff here were friendly and the rooms big and spacious! The breakfast was great and the hotel even went a step further and dished some moon cakes for guests to enjoy the moon festival! ??

Excellent customer service , employees were very accommodating and helpful. We had a comfortable stay at this hotel . Very near to the airport and they offer free airport transport. ??????????

This hotel surprised me! I booked it last minute due to my late arrival and I have no regrets. Staff was friendly, the room was nice and bed very comfortable, breakfast was delicious lots of options. I got to breakfast late so most things were out by the time I got there. I would definitely stay there again.

I was very happy with my stay. The room was large, simple, modern and extremely comfortable. Very clean and tidy as compared to other hotels of similar grade.
Located near the airport and well-connected by regular shuttle bus service. I could take the Metro at the airport to the other parts of Guangzhou. Extremely convenient.
The front desk staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I especially would like to commend your front desk staff '悦说' who was very helpful and made my stay enjoyable.
I will certainly recommend it to my colleagues and friends who visit Guangzhou.
