长租公寓模式，外国人居多，味道很上头。所以对短住游客不太友好，早餐简陋的难以下咽，还卖108的价格太差了。没有小童沐浴用品，没有小童马桶，要啥没啥，不适合亲子出游，

免费升级两房一厅。整体评价优秀，设施齐全，尤其洗衣烘乾一体机，以及靠近市中心以及美国使领馆，各种都方便。
服务很好。
缺点：空调老旧，调不了热风；隔音效果不太好，外面车辆声音都能听到，影响睡眠；窗帘设定已经很过时了，遮光效果不好。

Really friendly staff, big spacious rooms. My only issue would be the lighting choice being ice white bulbs. It does not make for an aesthetically pleasing look in the evenings! Needs to be switched to warm lighting

-prime location just above the metro line and a few shopping malls nearby
- staff are polite and extremely helpful.
Front desk Nina was always flashing her radiant smile, and the staff were always eager to serve. They also proved extremely helpful when I needed to send a parcel to my China friend, and when we needed to trace our Didi driver when we left our pram in the boot.
- appreciation also goes to Manager Jennifer and her team for planning a birthday surprise, along with a big cake, for my children who were celebrating their birthdays on the trip! They also gave us a free upgrade with a fantastic view of the canton tower for the kids!
All in all, wonderful service from the heart and a great thank you to the Ascott staff for the warmth extended throughout our stay!
