[烟花][胜利]酒店位于白云山旁，位置优越，距离各个商圈都还算方便，房间乾净宁静，体验感很好，海鲜自助很棒，早餐也很好吃。第二天去了白云山徒步，景区风景很美。前台Jayden NICE服务很到位，赞??

入住时前台小何的服务让我觉得很暖心，办理手续麻利又细致，临走前还贴心地提醒我山顶风大记得添衣。房间乾净敞亮，窗外就是白云山的层层绿意，早晨推开窗云雾缭绕的景象特别治癒。这次入住体验很舒心，下次来这边还会选择这里。

My recent stay was as wonderful as always, though it was my first time using the self-service laundry facilities. The environment and service here remain impeccable. If you’re in a situation where sending clothes out for dry cleaning might not be returned in time, I highly recommend using their laundry service. The process is straightforward, and the dryer can get clothes completely dry—no dampness at all.
Manager Jayden, as always, was warm and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. It’s largely because of his exceptional hospitality that I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

酒店房间宽敞明亮，还给免费升级了山景房，视野非常好。床品舒适，认床的人也睡了个好觉。地理位置优越，位于风景名胜区旁，和广外就隔一条街，出行方便。酒店周边风景令人心旷神怡，有中西餐美食，还能免费上白云山，这个季节早晨爬山体验感很好，前台jayden nice[Sun]

之前一直没有住过这种酒店，一直是住希尔顿之类的，谁知入住后觉得酒店服务很不错 ，特别是前台小何特别给力，对提出的要求马上解决，这家酒店性价比超高，早餐品种多，味道不错??中餐厅的粤菜也好吃，下次来还是选这家，不枉此行。

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay comfortable. A special thank you to Nana who is a staff member and was very nice to help us with all of our needs during our stay.
We had a duck themed room for our daughter, and she loved all of the toys, and we loved the extra details that went into the room such as duck pillows, towels and cups.
When we arrived we had complimentary fruit delivered to our room and when we made food orders they gave a service robot to deliver it to our room which was a really special part of this hotel that we will remember.
The hotel swimming pool is 5 star! Its really great for swimming and there is a part of the pool that is fine for young children to also enjoy. They also have a life guard always there to make you feel that the environment is realy safe for families.
The breakfast has a delicious selection of local and overseas food to choose from, we really enjoyed it there!
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, its in a great location, you will be treated well and be very comfortable during your stay.

I stayed in this hotel for a night. I like to dine at their Chinese restaurant. Taoyuan. Had 3 meals there and taxi is very convenient to anywhere in Guangzhou. Staffs are convenient. Rooms are spacious and clean. Happy with my stay

I like this place , very clean , everybody around is smily nice, always ready to help .
Have very big swimming pool, they clean it everyday. Food is delicious.
