I recently stayed at this hotel in China, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself features a pleasant classic style, which adds a charming touch, although it is a bit dated in some areas.
One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary washing and drying machines, which were incredibly convenient and made my travels much easier. The value for the accommodation is excellent, making it an affordable choice without compromising on comfort and service.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! ??
I had an amazing experience at this hotel ?? The staff were super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help ?? I even received a free token to play the claw machine ???—such a fun surprise! The room was spacious and very clean ???? Plus, the location is perfect—just a short walk to nearby malls and attractions ?????♀? Overall, a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back! ????

The hotel is in a really good location, the facilities are clean and the breakfast was fresh and the front desk was lovely and accommodating, her name is Sundy. I will definitely be coming back again if I'm in Guangzhou.

早餐真心不咋滴，基本没什么东西吃；房间挺大的，不可以加床；可以带孩子一起入住；酒店位置优越，出门步行100米是太古汇，再往前是万菱汇 ，正佳广场，天河城，还有地下时尚天河夜上海；距离地铁3号线约400米，1号线约600米；酒店路口左转是超级文和友，最强烈推荐的是文和友旁边的禄鼎记酸菜鱼，吃了你就记住它一辈子。

地理位置太方便了，闺蜜过来看我，把车停在酒店，打卡网红超级文和友，推荐10元爆款柠檬水，陈记鱼皮………，品种多，单品不贵，2个人128元。在市中心一次性体验到各式美食，满足。吃完到太古汇、正佳、万菱汇，简直不要太方便了??。服务员很热情，房间也大，安全措施到位，下次一定再来。

酒店地理位置很好，出门就是太古汇，还有正佳，万菱汇，吃的很多逛逛街也很舒服
酒店服务很赞，环境很好，很干净，装修也不错，主要服务很热情
离地铁口也很近，以后出差首选

很愉快的一次入住体验。酒店地处天河CBD商圈中心，步行几分钟就能到太古汇，旁边还有网红打卡店文和友太古汇店，各种地道广州美食触手可及。酒店配有停车场，入住期间可享受免费停车。工作人员服务热情周到，无论是需要证件复印，还是一次性浴缸套，均可满足。下次来广州还会入住，感谢所有为我提供过服务的所有工作人员！

位置很好。地铁近。房间宽舒服。浴缸和冰箱难得，最近很少见它们啦！服务专业满意！
不足：洗脸盆下水不咋样，要维修。冰箱调的太冰冷，我的豆子冰了，吃不了了。水基本上变冰冻了。这不算问题。问题是WIFI不行。办不了事。只好靠数据流量了。所以设备只给四个星啦！
