一个月内二刷的温泉酒店，简直满足想要周末放松的牛马方方面面，果然值得台风天冒雨冲，从化增城的温泉酒店去过不止5家，目前这家是性价比天花板，值得更好的排名推荐，还会无限续房～（前台小羣真的不错）

这次出游体验真是太差了，本打算在生日时候选家好一点的庆祝一下，没想到一个平日都要四位数的酒店连个小蛋糕没有，送的所谓的欢迎水果是什么（自己看图）？入住前没进房紧房间就算了，打一次电话去前台问，説要5点送来，我5点多出去吃完饭回来都快7点了还没送来，还要再打电话去问，説帮我再催一下;最差的是房间的中央空调！！开了后发出烦人的震动音，叫服务人员来看説这是正常的，其他房间也是这样，确实去了另外一间房也同样一样，但这个空调口刚好在睡床的头顶，声音晚上睡觉的时候格外难受，像打地桩一样，实在受不了只能关了开屋顶的风扇，但屋顶的风扇同样有机械生锈转动的声音，太差了！其他的差（我都有图）：门锁坏的，房间的直饮水有股怪味，房间配的私泡地漏漏水（浪费了我花50元买的药包），公共温泉休息室居然只有白粥和石榴，女宾部连个服务员都没有，毛衣加上一块毛巾都没有。真不知你些怎么对起这个价位的消费。

房间挺大，阳台外风景也是不错的，去时雨天，阳台外的山间烟云弥漫，广州少见的美景。因为是周末去的，来的客人不少，我们因为订房时没细看，入住才发现分配的是大床房；两个人一个能睡一个入睡困难，最后只有下去大堂换房。大堂里正是入住高峯，工作人员好忙。还好前台梁晓家小姑娘很耐心的接待我们，给换了个双床房。住下后去泡温泉及游泳，在闷热的夏季雨天，我更喜欢清爽的泳池。游累后再去泡温泉更惬意??

My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard:
1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all;
2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again.
3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment.
I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort.

You will find your room without staff.
Hot spring water is very dirty some point.
I think change water more when national holiday.

The hotel and the location are outstanding.
Just a remark about the buffet at night and the breakfast, the food is too local for this kind of hotel rate. for that night price (1200+ RMB), I would appreciate a more "fresh" night buffet" and a more balanced " asian / foreigner breakfast". coffee is good, juice is processed, asian food is like an average buffet, foreigner side has just basic bread.
If you're looking to stay in this very nice hotel, just eat outside. Hot spring is also very nice, many choice of pools.

We took great pleasure in seeking a memorable stay at "JUST STAY" resort, which the memorable stay had experienced and also encountered some annoying situations that could affect our stay.
?
The exhaust fan made a huge noise during the night, not me and also our company had an impact on the other rooms. It was supposed to be machine aging , and the hotel couldn't fix it.
?
The hot spring pool had more than 30% under maintenance or CLOSED for some reason, even the indoor children's play area had CLOSED as well.
?
We look forward to the hotel's recovery and service improvements in the near future.

缺：
1、酒店运力不足，多数酒店节日入住的通病。3点拿到房间，看到上一任住客凌乱不堪的场景，咨询前台能否换一间已打扫干净的房间，结果被拒，告知已通知清洁人员尽快前去打扫。
2、订的房间是超级飞侠酷芽亲子房，房间在一楼，但实际是酒店的地下室。没阳光、不通风，房间很潮湿。其中一个洗手盆的水管有漏水现象。
3、自助早餐种类十分少，是至今住了这么多酒店见到最普通到不能普通的自助早晨。
